Spacious room, recently renovated. Central air conditioning/heating. The window overlooked the Sagrada Familia block, so the room was completely silent. I think in the season, when compatriots arrive))))) and windows on the Rambla Catalunya - noise is possible. As they say, thin walls are the problem with most hotels in Barcelona.
Cleaning without complaints: all things are collected, laid out, vacuumed, the bathroom is washed, towels, shampoos, etc. consumables are replaced. Yes, the staff does not speak Russian, but for us it was not a problem. The girls at the reception are friendly, happy to help, advise. We were placed much earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and upon departure they asked to stay in the room - no problem.
We did not eat at the hotel, because there are many cafes around (with more humane prices than for breakfast at the hotel).
The rooftop terrace didn't work - out of season.
Of the minuses - the hotel is non-smoking! Again, like most hotels and cafes in Europe. And if you can smoke a cigarette by leaning out the window or going out into the street, then it is already uncomfortable with a pipe, especially not in the summer))). The bar is accordingly non-smoking and without any snacks.
