In the beginning: I liked the organization of the meeting (and seeing off) of the guests, they responded in a timely manner to preliminary letters-messages with various questions, provided the necessary information (at check-in and later - if necessary), the possibility of a free (first) breakfast (so that the client decides on the need for breakfast, 3.5 euros), fulfilling various requests for room service. Cleaning every day, soap-ryl accessories - partially (gels + shampoos). The photo corresponds to reality. There were enough outlets. Elevator (2nd floor) working. Neighbors in the same room were with a 5-year-old child (there was no noise). At first glance, the hostel is small, but it has enough rooms. The refrigerator worked properly. Split system - no complaints.
