We rested in different countries - from the Cote d'Azur to. . . : ) Never returned to the same hotel. In Egypt, we traditionally have a rest in December. Were in the Sheraton in Sharm, in the Radisson Taba and in 2011 accidentally ended up in Movenpick. And all 2012 we were waiting for when we will return there again! Were in Tunisia, in France and waited for December. What to say about the hotel? Everyone who writes is right in their own way. If you want - you can find fault with everything. But why? Why the outright lies in the reviews about the queues, bad food, bad staff, etc. ! ? We deliberately took the cheapest tours, knowing that this does not affect anything. Upon arrival, we were given a beautiful room with a view of the sea and the river, and instantly and for free. Yes, we didn't ask. The area is just gorgeous. The sea was warm. And the most important thing is peace! I can't stand drunken rollicking companies, discos, obsessions, and in this sense Movenpick is a great place. A lot of children. We also took our son, 6 years old, abroad for the first time. They were very satisfied. By the way, he learned to swim there. Special thanks to the staff. Unfortunately, gen. manager g. Osamu Abaza was transferred to another hotel, but fortunately many of our friends continue to work. Special thanks to Chef Mr. Ahmed, the sweetest person! We are now waiting for him to visit us in Ukraine in June. The hotel is especially interesting because it stands just on the border with Israel. We have already been there several times, and I also have a historical education, so we don’t need organized excursions. After all, you can cross the border on foot, come to the center of Eilat by bus 15, buy tickets to Jerusalem at the bus station (departure at 7 and 10 am) for 131 scales back and forth (3.7 sh. = $ 1) and after 4 hours walk along Jerusalem. Sleeping there is also no problem. You can buy everything in Eilat : ) An inexpensive shopping center on the outskirts of the city towards Jerusalem (BIG), but there is no exchange office in it, change it at the post office when entering the territory. We always take home coffee, cheese, fruit and excellent wine "King David" there. In duty free it is 10 dollars, and in this center - 20 shekels. and 4 bot. For a present. We were in the Movenpick restaurant and drank this wine instead of Egyptian. Although the Egyptian "Grand Marquis" and "Shed" can also be drunk. The attitude of the staff towards us was beyond praise. Thanks to Ayman and the head of the hall Osama Elvafi and the Christian girl Sarah and all-all-all. Yes, we invited 2 pairs of friends with us, so on the 3rd day they started calling their friends and relatives so that they would only come here. A company is already being selected for April, 10-15 people. But alas, I won’t go ((I have to work. . . And in December - again with my family. Write, ask, you can “make friends” on FB : ) Have a good trip!
