Review - the report is long, but informative!
1. Sea. Considering that everyone goes to Egypt overseas, I can say that the sea is perfect. Entrance - small pebbles, coral slippers are not needed. True, I observed a couple of prickly scorpionfish near the shore, but they hid in the stones, and it was necessary to try very hard to step on them. There are few fish and other living creatures in the sea near the hotel, after them we swim to the left, to the Hilton. There is no solid reef - there are no walls, as in Makadi, there are separate reef islands scattered across the sea. Many beautiful and picturesque creatures live in these islands. During the rest, they were noticed, pulled by the tail and caught (later, of course, released) octopus, moray eels (many and different, white just like mud), eagle ray, crocodile fish, conger eels, boxfish (to be honest, they are the ones together with an octopus and were caught and released) and a real sea snake. I did not dare to pull this creature by the tail... In general, the sea - a solid 4.5 points.
2. Weather. The Sinai mountains, although not high, protect the bay well from the wind. The sea was calm, sometimes light winds. In Hurghada at the same time it was stormy and it was forbidden to swim - in the desert the wind accelerated quite well.
3. Hotel. No complaints. The only thing that puzzled me was the casino indicated in the hotel guide and absent in reality. Nothing, working casinos were found in the Hilton and not only. By the way, about Heaton - not a foot !! ! The Hiltons, of course, are allowed into the shops and the hotel, but as soon as you appear with a Movenpick bracelet on the Hilton beach, some kind of... luck comes running and makes a scandal. The rooms in the Hilton are smaller, the balconies are of no use at all - only smoking while standing up. Yes, and the general zashorkannost any felt. So between Hilton and Movenpick, we definitely choose Movenpick.
Yes, ANIMATION!!! ! We were happy to meet Kabaka - a yoga, a fakir and just a good person and a great animator, with whom we rested last year at Stella Makadi. He was just invited to the hotel, he pulled up a group of animators - professionals from Kyrgyzstan (this is not a joke, the guys study at the theater and art institute), so the animation is SUPER!! ! If you go after reading my review, bring them condensed milk as a gift and say hello to the Kabaka from Jackie Chan from Minsk (that's me). Love and increased attention, I promise you! : )
4. Nutrition. Normal Egyptian buffet. Awesome sweets. Good selection of fruits. Sausages can not be eaten - soy soy. The cuisine of different peoples of the world every evening is not bad. True, alcohol is diluted, but 1-2 dollars solve this problem. NO FREE ICE CREAM!!!! ! This is a real no-brainer. But guava juice in the bar, but with azu and ice... Saliva flowed, e - mine!

The guide, however, only brought souvenirs to lured shops with special prices, deliberately took time so that the group would not get into duty-free, where Jordanian cosmetics from the Dead Sea and other souvenirs cost reasonable money. Israel is amazing. You will see everything yourself. From practical advice - buy "silver" icons in the Hilton - at 10!! ! times cheaper than in the "right" stores in Israel. More specifically, in Palestine. The guide traditionally tells that only this store is kosher and it does not have any profit from your group. . . But what did you want in Israel? : ) At the Dead Sea, for cosmetics, we move 300 meters away from the store where they will bring them - prices are 6-7 times lower for the same cosmetics. Separate story - Israeli duty-free. We buy 2 perfumes - the 3rd one is free. We buy 2 jars of cream - the 3rd one is free. We buy 1l. Dewars - $15.2l. - $20!! ! So we buy souvenirs and spirits here, and not in Sharm.
Summary - very good. And if there were not so many interesting unexplored places on earth, I would return with great pleasure!
