Good afternoon! Traveled as a family of 4 adults 3 children. We arrived yesterday, so the impressions are fresh. It was the first time in Egypt, but before that there were several times in Turkey, Tunisia, Vietnam, India...
Actually, we didn’t see Egypt itself, so we decided to return to this country again and visit Egyptian sights: Luxor, Cairo... On this trip, we were satisfied with the Red Sea - a lot of impressions from corals and fish! Excursions to Jordan and Israel were interesting and informative, although tiring. Excursions were bought on the spot, at home they found the phones of local firms on the Internet and, having bought a local SIM card at the hotel, phoned. We traveled to Israel with a local company, to Jordan with the tour operator Pegas tourist. There is almost no difference in the organization of trips, with the exception of a guide - there was a Russian guide in Israel, and a Russian-speaking one in Jordan. The difference is big in favor of the Russian.
About the hotel: Almost in everything I agree with all the reviews that I read here. We faced both positive and negative. The biggest disadvantage is that all women and children were seriously poisoned on the 10th day of their stay. Moreover, they could not calculate what. The men were saved from poisoning, as it seems to us, by the supply of strong drinks from duty free. So advice: stock up on medicines or strong alcohol : )

The animation is completely unobtrusive. There are almost no children. Our children, once having visited the club and mini-disco, refused to go there.
About restaurants, too, everything has already been written in other reviews. I didn’t notice a particularly large number of flies, the lack of dishes also didn’t happen day after day. The food is decent, really a bit monotonous. At least, by the end of the holiday, I wanted normal Russian food)))) My husband gave tips to the waiters. As a result, they quickly began to recognize us and at the entrance to invite us to comfortable tables.
I advise you to take fumigators with you. Mosquitoes fly in when the windows are open. Yes, and you can grab mosquito repellent cream so that you can sit quietly in a bar and restaurant on the street in the evening.
The rooms are large, beautiful, cleaned every day. Left every other day for $ 1, but cleaning did not depend on this. Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
Who will go on an excursion - I advise you to use the duty free on the way back from Israel. Cheap alcohol (cheaper than in Sharm) and Dead Sea cosmetics. True, alcohol can be imported into Egypt 1 liter per person, and cosmetics may not be in full assortment (because they are being actively dismantled)
It seems to have covered all the questions. Ask, if I know, I will answer.
