We rested at the hotel in September through Pegasus. In general, I liked everything in the hotel, except for the main restaurant and of course the Pegasus guide Bella. I didn’t want to go through Pegasus, but other tour operators from Ukraine do not work at this hotel. As a result, we ceased to interest Bella immediately after she realized that we would not buy excursions from her, she did not even deign to tell about the entire structure of the hotel, her main task was to sell us excursions twice as expensive as we bought from Ibrahim (for those who are interested, Ibrahim's website redsea. kiev. ua). The flight back was delayed for 8 hours, Bella told us about it only after I found her after an hour waiting for the bus in the hotel lobby.
The main restaurant of the hotel is its significant minus. Drinks have to wait 30 minutes, during which time you have time to eat. Tips don't help. The waiters fuss, run after each other, to no avail. This one does not take orders, collects only dishes, this one collects only glasses. In general, a complete mess! As a result, we found a more or less efficient waiter Mahmud (works in the center of the restaurant), gave him a couple of bucks, so he even occupied a table for us for dinner. The rest of the hotel leaves positive emotions. The beach is large, there are enough sunbeds for everyone, beach slippers are desirable. Reefs on both sides of the beach, the best near the Hilton (I saw moray eels, barracuda, octopus). So if you want to visit Jerusalem and Petra and at the same time do not want to drive 6 hours round trip from Sharma, then for these purposes you can stop your choice on this hotel.
