Settlement was quick, we traveled with a group, and for two chocolates we got rooms with a beautiful view nearby. The staff understands Russian very poorly, basic knowledge of English – very desirable. The service was perfect, both in the room and in the restaurant, we had nothing to complain about. All requests were fulfilled very quickly.
The grounds and the beach are large. The sea from early morning until evening / until six / and unlimited space, which was very pleasing. There were always enough sunbeds on the beach, but near the pool, as usual, everyone takes early in the morning. You can use both the beach and the territory of four more hotels, along the sea there is a promenade on all four hotels, you can take a walk in the evening, and in the morning run, whoever has a desire, there were enough. A sea water pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym are free. In the evening, a beautiful view of Saudi Arabia. Best of all is the reef at the pontoon of the Hyatt Regency Taba Heights, to the left of Sofitel, with Charm, of course, you can’t compare, but you can see and enjoy the fish. We were lucky with the weather, there was practically no wind, but it was very hot during the day / this is for me /. The downside is that the hotel does not have a stand with the temperature of water and air, two days later they found a thermometer near the restaurant, during the day it was +32, in the evening +24.
The rooms are large, with a terrace, the furniture is not super new, but it was cleaned with high quality. Water was replenished daily, tea and coffee bags too. An iron was brought free of charge upon request.
Animation was present, dance lessons, yoga, aqua aerobics and various performances in the evening, including a dance with skirts. We didn’t go to other hotels for animation, although it was possible
Dress code - for dinner, men must come in trousers and a shirt / t-shirt / with sleeves, women in elegant clothes / each had their own concept /).
