Our tour operator "Sloboda" in principle is also not bad, but the guide who was in our hotel leaves much to be desired. We have never met such a liar with innocent eyes - although we have been in many places. If you order excursions from her, then ask again 10 times what awaits you in the end, otherwise you risk being disappointed. And after you make a claim, she will look with a surprised look and say that she will figure everything out. But in fact, as they say, "on that ass and moved out. " Her name is Olya. For example: 1. we paid about 250 bucks more than it should be for an individual excursion to Cairo, i. е. we went in five on a separate minibus and we were supposed to have an individual guide. At the same time, Madame Olga promised us that we could go wherever we want, and the guide in Cairo NASTYA (by the way, a very cool girl) explained to us that the route of our trip was approved by the Ministry of Culture and it was not possible to change it. It was necessary to speak with the guide at the hotel in advance about changing the route. When we returned and expressed all this to Olga, she rolled her eyes and said that she would deal with Nastya. Although what does Nastya have to do with it.
2. When we booked an excursion to Israel, we were informed that they would not put stamps in our passport, although everything turned out to be the opposite. Now we will not go to Jordan or Dubai without changing our passport. The guide in Israel was simply terrible - the old Jew Semyon - took us everywhere quickly, quickly, did not really tell anything. It was evident that we were "like an awl in the ass" for him - just to get rid of it as soon as possible. In Palestine, we were taken to a store that promised a 25% discount. It's all a scam. I myself bought souvenirs for my relatives and calculated the amount according to the price tags. When the checkout counted the amount came out exactly the same. I asked the cashier if it was a discount, and he, looking into my eyes with an honest look that only a Jew is capable of, said yes. And the guys from our bus went around the corner and bought everything the same in another store, but with a 50% discount. So that the Jews once again proved why they lived in persecution for so many years.
3. On the last day we ordered a yacht from Madame Olga. At the same time, we were promised a yacht before sunset and tuna fishing with special equipment. However, we were told on the yacht that they would only take us for a ride until 15.30, since then the yacht was packed with divers from England. And instead of professional equipment for tuna fishing, we were given boards with fishing line and taken to a place where there were no fish at all. After that, my husband, who is an avid fisherman, wanted to tell Madame Olga everything. But the most interesting thing happened later. We had to leave on May 9 at 23.00. And a day before the departure at the hotel, a message about the departure time should have been hanging on the stand. The fact that our flight was rescheduled for May 9 at 10.00 we found out absolutely by accident late at night and we had to pack our things all night. And the next morning, this cow Olya left one family in the hotel, allegedly because they overslept, and they knew about the postponement of the flight. Although I'm more than sure that people didn't know about it.

In general, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and excursions. It would be much more pleasant if she told us the whole truth about them right away. We give the hotel 10 points. Guide - 2, these should be fired. In a nearby hotel there was a guide Nastya - her friends said that she was just a great fellow. She immediately warned about all the possible disadvantages and they found out about the time of their flight in time. So, the tour operator Sloboda needs to watch who they hire. Otherwise, we are so calm and not scandalous, while others may not be so, and Olya will have to answer for her lies.
