Hello! A week ago we flew from this "wonderful" place. What struck me right away was that there were only Russian-speaking people in the hotel! It turned out that Pegasus bought the hotel and now people from other countries do not come here. Well, hence the corresponding attitude of the staff towards vacationers... We, in fact, are not picky people, we have our own good company, the main thing for us is a good sea, well, normal food with a drink ; ) I didn’t like the sea. The entrance is rocky, they could have cleared the path, there is no pontoon either, and we are in fins with masks! It was difficult to get in. Then we found a more or less normal entry to the right of the beach, and swam there. With grub, a separate song - the whole hotel did not get off the toilets! At first, we laughed at everyone - like, guys, more vodka and no problems! Shazz! It twisted everyone! And with temperature and fountains from all holes! And after all, the microbe turned out to be some kind of malicious one, no immodiums, smects, activated carbons saved. And one granny saved, she had Levomycetin with her - what is called “one tablet is enough” and we survived! : )) So I recommend this wonderful drug to everyone ; ) Another nuance - there is no toilet on the beach! So imagine how fun it is with stomach problems. But what I didn't like the most was the attitude of the staff. Although I will say right away - not everything. Our cleaner turned out to be wonderful, for a dollar he twisted birds of paradise and little men out of towels for us. The bartender on the beach is generally a human soul! Before that we were in Taba, but at the El Wekala hotel - feel the difference! On the contrary, only foreigners rest there, and the staff literally licks the vacationers! Constantly - "good morning", "how are you? ", "beautiful ice", "beautiful face" : )) - even a little annoying. And then it's the other way around for you - neither a kind word for you, nor a compliment of some kind - again, it's a shame : )! At El Wekala, before the bar closed, we filled the entire table with glasses of booze, no one said a word! Well, we love to drink! that's why we go to the all (by the way, foreigners drink worse than ours! Such pyramids of glasses were built there! ). And in Holiday they also dictated to us - you have enough to drink already, go to sleep! It was especially infuriating when at 23-00 they began to walk and pull out pillows from under everyone's backsides on chairs! Well, what a pig! People sit and rest! In general, they made a small scandal - in the following days, the poppers were not taken away : )) Another minus is problems with drinking water. There is really nowhere to get water at night! Bars and shops do not work, there is no cooler, no vending machine of any kind! People ran around at night looking for a glass of water to drink, sorry, a pill for diarrhea - they didn’t find it! At the reception they begged for a glass of water for money - they didn’t give it! By the way, the staff answered all our complaints - what do you want, this is a cheap hotel! Well, give your hotel three stars and don't brainwash people! After all, people go to 4 stars and do not expect such a dirty trick. Although the overall impression of the hotel is not bad, the sea is nearby, the territory is large and beautiful. This hotel would have a good owner who would rein in the staff - and generally super!
