When I arrived I was greeted with a smile, my luggage was placed directly on a trolley and taken to my room. After checking in, the employee took the time to show me around the hotel, showed me all the most important things and told me about how, what, when and where exactly he works. Long story short: I was greeted with a warm welcome that I have never experienced in any hotel before.
Eat and drink:
Okay, this is where you can really score points with me and it worked. Good basic products and well made. The meat is pleasant, tender, of good quality; no tendons or cartilage were found. At the live cooking stations you will be served the way you want, even if you want 5 more shrimp. I've actually never experienced this before.
Overall a very good buffet, it couldn't be better, at least in the buffet.
The drinks are really very good. Best in cocktails, alcoholic or not. Well-drinkable wine, undiluted beer. Perfume ok. Cutting-edge coffee art in the lobby bar.
