Almost all the staff worked very hard to ensure that guests had a great holiday. The service on the beach deserves special attention. Here all drink requests were fulfilled and delivered to a lounge chair on the beach. We had a problem with low water pressure in the shower, they solved it quickly, excellent. It was also great that the hotel's guest relations manager asked every day if you had any questions or concerns and if everything was okay with you. Employees from other regions often traveled with her, for example, one of the chefs, who was also open to questions and suggestions. A German from the animation team also took care of the well-being of the German-speaking guests. I've never experienced anything like this before, it's really great!
For breakfast and dinner we mostly went to the main restaurant. Although the hotel was not fully booked, nothing was missing.

The food was of very good quality, in a buffet restaurant the dishes are of course repeated over time, but here they were always made interesting with different seasonings. The seafood night even included freshly grilled monkfish and shrimp. At every meal there were always freshly prepared dishes such as egg dishes, pancakes and falafel for breakfast, pasta and various meat dishes and much more. We had lunch at a beach restaurant overlooking the sea. The selection here was great too, with a counter outside with fresh pizza and grilled meats. I would especially like to mention the woman who bakes the most delicious cakes in the corner by the bread oven! And since it was so delicious, we enjoyed local cuisine twice at the Fairuz signature restaurant. The cocktails were also of excellent quality, for example using high quality Monin syrups.
The only small drawback is that not all bar employees mix cocktails in the same composition, or perhaps not everyone knows how to prepare individual cocktails. In fact, this could be improved further.
