We rested in the second half of April 2021. The weather is warm, the wind is rare, the sea is warm, clean and calm. There are not many fish. There are huge turtles. The beach is large, the entrance to the water is gentle. For kids, it's perfect. From the hotel you can see the mountains (on the right and behind), this really decorates the landscape. The hotel is in the desert, you can walk along the sea to neighboring hotels. You can take a boat on the beach and ride to the islands. The territory is not very large, green, well-groomed, ibis and other birds walk. In the evening, the backlight, but dark.
The food is all salty and peppery, the alcohol is bad (the beer is tasty, but mostly non-alcoholic), the glasses are dirty or very small disposable.
Service is disgusting from the moment you check in. Arrived early in the morning, many with small children. We immediately prepared a separate bag with things for the beach while we were waiting for check-in at 2 o'clock. BUT! At the reception they said we will settle you now, just wait a little. We are waiting. We ask how long to wait? Again, the answer is soon. After 2 hours, our nerves could not stand it and we said either you are going to settle us right now, or we are looking for food, on the beach, and not sitting with a small child all day in the lobby! And then we were told “let's have dollars for tea”. All other people also eventually paid (some with dollars, some with chocolates).

Dear hotel management, you either officially take money for early check-in, or tell people to go about their business until 2 o'clock and do not count on settling. As a result, they promise to settle and just keep people in the lobby until they pay a bribe! For this I reduce points and I will not recommend the hotel to anyone! Also, throughout the rest, the service suffered, bartenders with very angry faces and all the staff begging for a dollar. I'm in Egypt for the third time and only in this hotel. Did not like. And nature and sights, yes, super.
