Went with my 11 year old daughter for 13 nights. We ordered a transfer from the airport, the shopping mall did not want to waste time on traveling and delivering other tourists to hotels. Went with my 11 year old daughter for 13 nights. We ordered a transfer from the airport, the shopping mall did not want to waste time on traveling and delivering other tourists to hotels. It takes 45 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel. What I didn’t like was the food is so monotonous that there is simply no appetite after 5 days of rest. The dining room is dirty and poorly cleaned. I also got poisoned, like my friends who had vacationed in this hotel a week earlier, the temperature rose high, it’s good that honey was called by insurance. help, they took me to the clinic, dripped droppers, gave me pills, it became easier. Then I realized that it’s easy to get poisoned here, they grab the glasses they pour in bars with dirty hands, with which they first take money for paid drinks, then they pour you with the same hands.
By the way, washed glasses smell of beer, which means they are also poorly washed in the dishwasher, so then they only drank from disposable paper glasses. In the evening and during the day, when they start watering lawns from hoses, it stinks terribly of sewage, TC is poured with black water, apparently from the sewer. In the mornings you don’t get enough sleep, the cleaners start to carry their cart along the corridor and loudly carry on a dialogue in their own language, it just pisses you off. The pillows are uncomfortable. Cleaning is a problem, although we leave them a dollar and a shock. Alenka, they only wipe the floors and make the bed. The animation is also sluggish, I didn’t like that at the reception, and they practically don’t understand Russian throughout the territory, although there are about 1/3 of Russian tourists here. The slides are not safe, I hurt my leg, then my daughter hurt her leg there, after us there were also cases of injuries, no one cares about safety here.
The rooms are old, renovated, there is a terrible foreign smell in the bathroom, the water from the tap is rusty, do not even try to brush your teeth in it. Well, in general, the 2nd time I would not go to this hotel for sure

From the pros: good food, average animation, clean beach, friendly staff, clean linens. Cons: almost no cleaning in the hotel itself and in the rooms. Upon arrival, we were simply shocked when there was hair everywhere in the room like in a dog shelter. There is no Wi-Fi, although it catches, but the speed is simply zero.

There is no Wi-Fi, although it catches, but the speed is simply zero. Guide Islam lies in everything, from shops and excursions, ending with any explanations about the hotel. So instead of a free tour to Hurghada to the largest market, they were taken to two affiliated stores, where prices are 3-5 times higher than in the hotel store and near the hotel. It turned out that the prices from sellers in the shops at the hotel are the same as on the street and even less, especially in the second store from the reception. All assurances about the presence of fanta, cola, etc. in the mini bar turned out to be false. They put only water and then on demand. Slides do not turn on, for all the time we saw only one inclusion for 2 hours.
The hotel is written after renovation, but nothing really new is visible. All door groups were made under the reign of king peas, they were never even repainted, peeling yellowed. Attempts to put granite tiles on the wall in the hall are very mediocre, as if a novice finisher who did not know how to do anything did it.
Ice cream is not given from the word at all, although every time they say that it will be tomorrow - this is such a trick for them.
If you need a SIM card, it is better to buy at the airport for 3-4 dollars, since here the guide already evaporates for 15 dollars.
It also turned out that the medical insurance for which we paid when buying a tour package is valid only with an additional payment of 30 euros, for each person and for each case of treatment, although we were told that everything was included. They claim that this is a franchise and they do not even give consultations without a surcharge. As a result, due to allergies, we were never helped and we had to choose the medicine ourselves at a local pharmacy.
The staff speaks more German and English. Russian is not a priority here.
The hotel beach is a bay around which there are piers of boats and yachts, so sometimes there is a very strong smell of solarium, and in the sea to deep water 200 meters, either go in shallow water or from the pier where boats moor.
For a family with small children, the sea is the best. The beach is sandy and clean. We didn't like the a la carte restaurants. Basically, even better food. No mix from past lunches and dinners.
The hotel rooms are 50 by 50 overlooking the sea. The rooms are spacious enough.
