Отель ужас! Hotel horror!

We arrived from Odessa on a night flight. We were 5 adults and 2 children aged 12. We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 am. Suitcases left outside the hotel on the street. We began to make out the settlement and then it turned out that the settlement was at 14.00. We thought it was a joke, but no. We offered money. Breakfast is not allowed, but for $ 5 from the nose, you can. In the morning we had a simpler face and went to a restaurant to get food. Nobody said a word. At 10.00 we were given bracelets. By morning, all the armchairs were already in the hotel lobby, the sofas were occupied by the same unfortunate people like us. The air conditioner was not turned on. Heat, stuffiness. At 12.00 patience began to leave us. And by one o'clock in the afternoon I made a huge scandal. The owner of the hotel came and said (in English) that if something does not suit me, then I can leave. To which I explained to him in Russian using an untranslatable play on words what to do and where to go. Busurman understood and a guide came to us. We were given 3 rooms. Rooms are tin. Curtains dirty, tattered (we were replaced). There is fungus in the rooms. When you take a shower, the water flows down the wall of the shower and overboard. I had to throw a towel on the floor, and then wash the floor. Actually it was all the cleaning in the room. Nobody else cleaned up.
FOOD - like in any other hotel in Egypt. Some delicious, some not so good. But you can find it for yourself. They weren't hungry. We actually had to stand in line outside. Supplements are given.
REEF NO!! ! From the word at all. The pontoon goes into the horizon, but it is only a quarter open.

The attitude at the reception is disgusting, they just do not notice you, but overall not bad.
Animation ZERO. Very addictive.
A lot of Arabs. They are arrogant, noisy and, sorry, terribly smelly.
The water park is very small, there is not enough space, there are not enough sunbeds. Some slides don't work. The wave is not great.
We ordered excursions to Gena and Cheburashka - we always take only from them.
I do not recommend this hotel. Very rude attitude of the hotel management. We are not the first time in Egypt, we love this country very much, but with such frank rudeness for the first time. We often arrived on night flights and always settled immediately. It was more infuriating that they had a completely different attitude towards their own.
