Came to Egypt for the first time and were. . . disappointed. The hotel is 4 * to put it mildly, does not pull. Upon check-in, they found a non-working drain tank, a broken lock on the balcony door, no overhead light in the room, a burned-out light bulb in the wall lamp on the balcony, a broken hair dryer, one towel for two and that was dirty. I had to seek at the reception to fix the damage and replace the towels with two clean ones. It seems that they did, but we lost half a day for all this. Further, in order for us to clean the room, we had to ask several times, and without a request they do not clean it. The bed was not changed once in a week, and the towels were changed twice (and this is for 7 days) during cleaning. Removed on a tyap-blunder. The dust was not wiped off even once, they take out the garbage and wash the floor, by the way, they do not wash it well. The food is monotonous, meat is only chicken or liver, and then once a day. Fish was a couple of times but instead of meat. Once there was beef goulash, they call it shish kebab. First courses suck. We are from Ukraine and their food is "slop" (you can't say otherwise) compared to our borscht. There is no animation, in the bar from drinks tea bags, Nescafe coffee, cola, sprite, fanta, and from alcohol rum, whiskey, vodka of their local spill and poor quality. The Internet is weak and only at the reception. To the beach 10 km carry three times a day. On the beach, the bar is paid, but you can’t use your own, they swear. The prices at the beach bar are twice as high as in the store, the cheapest beer is 43 pounds 0.5l, and water is 20 pounds 200 ml, plus a tip is included in the check. There is also a night club in the hotel, where every night the music is blaring until 6-7 in the morning, so you can’t call it a relaxing holiday. The only thing I liked was the location of the hotel, it offers a beautiful view of the city, and everything is close to shops, banks, the market, in short, the whole party. In general, if there is something to compare, then sadness....
