Were the second time. The territory has become even more well-groomed. The staff stayed from Reddison - all very friendly. The number was given quickly. Since we were the second time, we decided to take a room at no extra charge. To our joy, they gave a very good number on the 5th row. Everything worked in the hotel. Love the free jacuzzi in the grotto. Pleased with the new bar on the beach. All alcohol is free (local) - pretty good quality. The quality of food in the main restaurant is excellent. Compared to last year, it seemed that the assortment had decreased - there were no watermelons and crabs. But there was a nice bonus - one day they gave sushi with a variety of fillings of your choice - including shrimp, salmon and squid. I highly, highly recommend taking the $5 Foam Party - a very high quality FireShow and Belly Dance.
There was one unpleasant incident - they stole a towel from my wife near the pool. We turned to the reception desk (the administrator is a Russian-speaking blonde - I don’t remember her name). Got a new towel quickly and free of charge. They made a lot of apologies. In general, the reaction of the hotel management was satisfied.
