Around 14:00 we went to the reception for the second time (but to another person) to get our number. When he began to check us in, another Arab ran up to the counter and asked us to transfer us to him for registration, after which, after conferring in Arabic for a minute with the Teztour guide, he told us that there were no free rooms in the hotel. We were offered to move to another hotel, but we categorically refused, because back in Russia we chose this particular hotel according to our criteria. Then for 2 days we were offered a two-room Family Suite: one room with a bathroom for us, an adjacent room with a bathroom for another unfortunate Russian tourist, i. e. shared room on the first floor. We were outraged to the limit, because. The hotel received payment for superior from us in full, but did not provide the room. We begged the local clerk for the key to our room and somehow settled down. The next day we went to an info-meeting with our guide to complain about this mess. The guide wondered why we were late for the meeting. It turned out that during the transfer to the hotel, the transfer guide mixed up the hotels and incorrectly told us not only the time of the meeting with the guide, but even his name!
At the end of the 2nd day, an electronic key card was stolen from our room. It is inserted into a special slot to turn on the air conditioner. The gap is in the neighbor's room, who slept all the time.
In the evening, we immediately noticed that the air conditioner had turned off. I went to my neighbor's room - no card. By logical conclusions, we came to the conclusion that the cleaner took the card, who at that time washed the floor in the room (the cleaners have a key card for all rooms). He could just take our card by mistake, or he could not by mistake... A fine of $ 35.

They also prepared scrambled eggs, pancakes, there were cereals with milk, soups, various side dishes, cakes and pastries, rolls, fruits (oranges, dates, melon, bananas, guava and some kind of fruit inside a flower). From drinks juices, tea, coffee, cocoa, milk.
Upon request, alcohol is poured: beer, wine, vodka, whiskey, rum, cognac and various alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. By the sea 2 times a day they gave ice cream
Territory

Big and green. There is an artificial river with cascades and bridges. On the territory there is a water park (9 slides and a wave pool), 2 large outdoor pools with bars, a heated pool on the basement floor, 2 restaurants, a panoramic bar on the 2nd floor of the reception, a ping-pong table, a playground and a kids club.

Beach and sea
The beach is 400 meters away. You can walk along a straight road between the hotels or take a mini-bus, which has the final one on the Radisson territory.
Our hotel has been allocated a piece of the beach of the Radisson Hotel with a steep slope into the sea. Radisson Beach can be used, but their sun loungers are not allowed.
The beach is not sandy, but rather from small fragments of coral, but only on the territory of the Radisson hotel. If you walk along the coast to the left, you can find real soft sand! The beach is beautiful: branches of white corals are everywhere, in shallow water we found beautiful shells (not just scallops, but real twisted “cones”). They even found some red coral, consisting of tubules. Starfish crawl along the bottom, jellyfish swim, live oysters lie. We even saw a sea snake swimming between stones in shallow water. Herons also fly for fish, crabs run around - the fauna is nowhere richer.
Entrance to the sea on an uneven bottom of dead corals, you need special shoes. Such a bottom goes 50 meters and the depth is ankle-deep everywhere. Then a cliff and immediately a depth of 30 meters, but the guard does not allow you to reach the cliff: there is a living reef, you can’t walk on it.
You can get to the reef from the pontoon: it reaches just before the cliff. At first we observed a very beautiful underwater world of the reef from the pontoon (it is impossible in the sea - the wind is strong, there is always a red flag on the pontoon). Then they descended from the pontoon into the sea. Words cannot describe - you must see it!
Animation

Ideally, animation should run from morning to evening, providing games and active recreation. In fact, in the morning and afternoon, animators cannot be found - there is not a sound or a scream on the territory of the hotel. Only a couple of times in the evening saw their club dance by the pool. In the morning, we went to the sea for morning exercises at the Radisson Hotel, where the animation was richer, but also not very active (half of the games were simply not held). In the evening we went to the show in our Bedouin tent. 3 times they did not wait for the show - they went to bed (acclimatization), 2 times there was a show. In other cases, immediately after the mini-disco, a disco began (it lasted about 1 hour in duration, since music is heard in the rooms next to the tent just like on the street). We went to a show at the amphitheater of the Radisson Hotel a couple of times: once we were pulled out to the "best couple", another had problems with sound and the show was canceled. Compared to Turkey, there was no animation.
Tours
Yachts did not go to sea for 2 weeks due to a storm. Therefore, we chose 1001 nights, where we went. We looked at copies of the Great Egyptian architecture. We listened to the history of Egypt (in pure Russian - this is at a multinational show !!! ), looked at Arabic dances performed by men and took pictures with copies of the exhibits of the Cairo museum.
