They settled us in different rooms, as we didn’t ask nearby, they say there are no free rooms and that’s it, my brother’s family was settled in a 3-story building, and we were in a bungalow near the water with two rooms, since there were 4 of us, my mother was with us and a child. The bungalow is spacious and clean, the furniture is not new, but it will do for a non-picky tourist, the drain in the shower did not work well, they immediately cleaned it by calling the reception, but the air conditioner, alas, blew very cold air, only in one mode, it was not regulated in any way, requests to remount it they didn’t give anything, they say the old system, as a result, everyone got sick, from the fact that it was very cold, and when they turned it off it became very stuffy and hot. The room was cleaned often and well.

The territory is very well-groomed and also clean, the gardeners worked constantly.

An artificial river flows near the bungalow, it is very beautiful, but there are mosquitoes, take a spray with you. The beach was cleaned, there were enough sunbeds for everyone. There are lagoons for small children, and for those who do not like the pier and great depth. The only thing is that every day there were high and low tides. The animation was at a high level, it was interesting and fun for everyone, the animator Nastya did an especially good job. There was also a foam party and a "Gala" dinner. There are two hotels on the territory of the Nubian Island Hotel and the Nubian Village Aqua Hotel, which makes it convenient to use the pools, slides and the beach of both hotels, and you can only take drinks from your hotel, which is not convenient, especially when you are lying on the pool or beach of another hotel, it is reasonable it would be to combine it, and not drive the tourist to your hotel, the drinks are the same everywhere. By the way, coffee and latte are delicious everywhere, in the restaurant and even on the beach.
There are no particular questions about nutrition, the food was varied and tasty, there was always something to choose from: various soups, side dishes, fish, meat, seafood, often on the grill. There are many sweets and most are delicious. Fruit is a separate issue, there were delicious dates, figs, grapes, bananas and even once a mango. But orange, melon, watermelon and guava were always green, hard and tasteless, we told them about this, but as if they were given them again on purpose. The service is good, with the exception of the waiter Ali, who ignored various requests and served only those who immediately liked him and gave tips, but there were also good waiters who themselves asked what you wanted and were rewarded with a tip))) There was another incident, we had there were two birthdays, and when they agreed at the reception that they would take a cake to the main restaurant IL Mondo and congratulate the child, they got confused and they forgot, it was very unpleasant, I had to go three times and clarify.
But on the second birthday, we immediately went to the Napoletano restaurant and agreed, there were already no surprises there and were satisfied.

In general, the hotel is not bad and once you can go and have a good rest.
