Under the guise of the coronavirus problem, the hotel owners decided to save as much as possible for all tourists in order to increase their profits. The hotel is aimed only at Arabs, all tourists from other countries are indifferent to the hotel staff, except for a few bartenders on the beach and by the pool. Of the 4 beaches of the hotel, only one is open, and when the Arabs gather in a narrow passage to the sea, it is very difficult to get to the sea without being injured by coral.

The food at this hotel shocked all tourists. The claimed All-Inclusive system was in fact a three-course meal, serving rice, soups, fried onions, zucchini, and Pengasius fish daily (although it was claimed to be Seabass). All food is very spicy, it is impossible to eat.

The hotel management pretends to respond to the remarks of tourists, smiles sweetly at everyone in person, but does nothing to improve the situation of tourists.
