Visited this wonderful hotel in May 2019 with family. You feel like the most welcome guest: the staff is attentive, friendly, constantly asking if everything is fine at the meeting, quickly eliminating any problems / wishes. The cuisine is delicious and varied. Such attentiveness to the guests - never seen before. The waiters are attentive and remember the preferences of the guests. Breakfasts and the kitchen as a whole were very pleased, because there is something to compare with, based on previous trips. If there are any preferences or wishes, one could always turn to the chef and the result always exceeded expectations. The beach is well-groomed, no worse than the whole territory - cleanliness is monitored. Snorkeling is a must-have if you are in Egypt for the first time, the underwater world is fascinating! All cleaning requests are taken into account. The room was cleaned every day, clean and to the conscience. At the reception, the guys work harmoniously like clockwork, all wishes are taken into account without the need to repeat twice.
