I will try to keep within a few dozen sentences, not a book)) So many impressions from the trip, wonderful impressions from the hotel.
Of course, there is something to complain about everywhere, BUT, in my opinion, a number of advantages of the hotel cover minor disadvantages.
So, in order:
1. The sea is awesome! Reefs are awesome! On the right side of our hotel grow groves like a coral garden; on the left side - a coral plateau, swimming through which opens a breathtaking wall and further blue depths. We explored the bay inside and out.
Phanara does not have a pontoon, but we were not embarrassed. Nothing to corals. Sandy entry into the sea, many children swam. BUT, I recommend slippers. We saw a couple of stingrays in the immediate vicinity of the shore.

Near the floating pontoon of the Reef Oasis hotel there is a moray eel hole, more than one and a half meters, very beautiful. To the left, near the pontoon of the city beach, a family of lionfish lives. As a rule, we saw them after three. Once a flock of 8 fish, surrounded by many fry. Most likely, lionfish prey on them. Others saw, early in the morning, a flock of dolphins. We didn't get so lucky. Closer to the pontoon, the Pharaohs saw a tuna-like fish about 1.60 meters long.
My husband and I were in the water for more than six hours, of course with a lunch break. Fabulous!
Unfortunately, we must admit that there are also dead reefs, but then what happens in other hotels if 5 boats of people are brought to our bay for diving. You ask about the purity of the sea)) Yes, once in 10 days, cups floated in the sea. But no more such disgrace was noticed, as well as oil stains from boats, they were never seen at all)) The sea used to be muddy due to the current, but we realized that if it was muddy to the right of the hotel, then there would be clear water on the left and vice versa.
2. The beach is too small, that's a fact. We arrived at 9:30, and painfully searched for places. In principle, we never left without a sunbed. And if you are an early bird, then there will be no problems at all. There is a water cooler on the beach. If you get hurt, you can ask the beach boy to treat the wound, there is a first aid kit on the beach. The bar on the beach brews delicious cappuccino, strong drinks - only beer.
3. Weather - NO wind! Such a good location of the hotel - no words! The sea has always been calm! On average, the sea is about 28 degrees, the air is 29, the temperature in the heated bassik is 30.
The people we picked up from other hotels said that the sea was stormy, they periodically hung out a red flag. We only clipped our eyes
4. Hotel services:
--- diving center. Intelligent guys work there, instructor Olga - you can communicate with her in Russian.

Since we are having a rest in raids, we considered it inappropriate to buy sets of fin masks. Then ram home again. Therefore, the rental turned out to be very helpful. Deposit 80 c. u. - two sets: fins, mask, snorkel. Costumes are already for money, in my opinion 15 euros for 5 days. Press the mask to your face and inhale, it should "stick" tightly. They treated it with an antiseptic, you can use alcohol, and go ahead with the song. They left and got their money back. Everything is great! If lost or damaged, the prices are as follows: mask from 6 to 15 euros, snorkel 5 euros, fins 15 euros.
They also rented a digital camera for underwater photography. Rent 40 euros per day. 8 gig memory. There are also cheaper cameras. Photos are recorded on DVD. Recommendation: do not shoot in sea mode, very red pictures are obtained.
You can order from them a night snork 32 euros, a night dive 36 euros and much more, you will be given prices on the spot.
--- at 9:30 and at 11:00 - the snorkel instructor is waiting for those who wish to go to the beach. We joined a couple of times, we liked it, in the first days it was somehow even more comfortable, we didn’t turn around in search of a sharka)))
--- Reservation of a seat on the bus for a trip to the old city at 10:30.13:00, Naama Bay at 12:45 - free of charge. Return for 3 euros around 23:00. We took the car on the street. Bargained to the Old Market for 15 pounds.
--- The doctor is available from 10:00-12:00, and 18:00-20:00. Services are paid.
--- transfer to the airport 10 euros per person.
--- mini bar - bottled water in the room 0.5 paid! We, firstly, took a liter of mineral water from home, and secondly, then we took water from coolers into the same bottle. Coolers are everywhere in restaurants, hotel bars.
--- simulator, sauna (pre-registration), jacuzzi.
5. Eating and drinking:
Yoghurts for breakfast are super, my favorite black honey. Always pasta for lunch. Fish, meat. By the way, brown sugar is not found in every hotel. Sweet tooth and fruit tooth - you will also treat yourself, stopudov! Actually, the food is excellent.
You could only drink red wine, and cocktails, thanks to the bartender Shehab - at least he maintained the correct proportions, and not 1 gram of gin per 1 liter of juice)) To be honest, we regretted that we did not take more Ukrainian vodka with us))) The beer is good . Vodka, whiskey - ahem . . better not to drink) Well, really, we’re not going to drink))
Cappuccino is a must try.

Near the temple pool (pool bar) from 12:30 to 17:00 they prepare cheeseburgers, hot dogs, bake pizza. By the way, you can also have lunch there, so as not far from the sea (always pasta, vegetables, french fries, pizza. Of course, there is no such variety as in the main restaurant). The bar provides ice cream in packages.
6. Check-in - arrived at the hotel at 11:00. We were given a glass of cold juice, and within 15-20 minutes we were settled. At the request of the receptionist)))) they gave "as much as they could" for a more comfortable room.
7. Number:
We took a single, a small number. They were afraid that there would be nowhere to turn around at all. BUT, as someone wrote earlier, it is not small, but cozy - and it is so))) Got it - at the beginning of the residence with two balconies. One really went out onto the road, I had to close the windows tightly, draw the curtains, they are like carpets there, they dampen the sound from Schumachers well))
Please note that the rooms, whose windows overlook the Oasis Reef, there is construction going on. It would have bothered me more than the road.
Cleaning - uh, these Arabs)) you won’t understand them - they left a dollar - they cleaned it at random, they didn’t leave it - everything sparkled)) In general, thank you in doses)
Everything worked in the room, there was no smell of mold, the plumbing was in good condition, in short, excellent. By the way, my naturally coarse hair was pleasantly surprised by the softness of their shampoo and conditioner. You can not take gel, soap, everything is there. There is also a safe.
8. Insects:
Take, Dear, fumigators, sprays on the body from mosquitoes - biting bastards.
We had breakfast at the La Gazella restaurant, the one at the end of the residence, so there were a lot of flies.
No other living creatures were seen in the rooms and restaurants.
9. Animation:

It’s good for children, they are engaged there all day and in the evening at 21:30 in the amphitheater there is a show for them. For adults from 22:00. The rest of the animation is very unobtrusive, all at the highest level of intelligence. Still, the main contingent of tourists (foreigners, older people) leaves its mark. Guys party-goers who travel with a company will most likely be bored. Of course, if you don’t tear everyone apart))) I heard with my husband on the beach how one old man complained to the hotel guide about too loud music in the nearby reef oasis... what can I say)) But in Faraan, the music on the beach is not sickly! We, snorting in those parts, sighed sadly)) We didn’t have enough music on the beach in Phanar.
By the way, in the evenings live music at the Temple bar. Very nice, romantic. The girl's voice is great!
10. Sunset!! ! No words! Look at the photo!
11. Currency exchange. You can exchange either in the old town or - even the best option - at the exit of the main reception - right across the road Renaissance wanted. There is a state-owned ATM exchange. Ask someone to show you how to exchange or figure it out yourself. Course 6, the other day changed became 6.18.
All local prices are calculated at the rate of 5.
12. Entertainment and other things to do.
--- to the left of the hotel (10-15 minutes walk, and from the second reception even closer) entertainment complex Alf Leila Wa Leila (1000 and 1 night). Very beautiful photos are obtained. Entrance 5u. u. per person. It is better to go around 22:00, take a picture, and at 23:00 a free show starts: oriental dances, cobra shows, tanura dance. Spectacle! Ice cream can take 1 scoop 15 pounds, two - 30, etc. Alcoholic cocktails - from 45 pounds, non-alcoholic - from 30. If you are brought nuts that you did not order, remember - this is not free)) then they will bring a check with 10 pounds included)
You can also go to a paid show that starts at 22:00 - a laser show of the pharaohs. Then at the entrance you pay about 30 USD.
5c. u. don't pay for entry. Go to the show of the pharaohs, then at 23:00 you can watch an additional free show.
--- to the left of the hotel, behind the complex 1000 and 1 night, street with souvenirs, further to the left is the Metro store. Bought juice, mango. By the way, there is a pharmacy in front of Metro. It is better to buy antibiotic ointment there. If a coral stings, wash with soap and water, or just plain fresh water, and apply ointment.
--- to the right of the hotel is the road to the lighthouse, beautiful views.

--- 10 minutes drive from the hotel to the old town (Old market). There we visited Fares seafood restaurant (not to be confused with Fares near 1000 and 1 night). Prices are quite democratic, delicious. Lots of locals and everyone knows them. Also, bribed souvenirs, fruit home.
--- trip to Cairo. Husband's dream came true, what else can I say))
We took Cairo from Turtesse, the difference in price with the locals is 50 USD. for two, but we were calmer.
13. Special thanks!
- hotel guide Irochka - very responsive, attentive man! Help, tell, always smile.
- Olga is an employee of the diving center, and a snorkel instructor! Pro!
- bartender Shehab (Shehab) - for the first time we saw a bald Egyptian)) Awesome positive person.
- scourge fight Mohammed - a merry fellow, an interesting pronunciation of English)))) Helped to find sunbeds, like us, sleepers - without requiring anything. Once we, on our own initiative, gave a buck.
- cooks, waiters - guys, well done!
- guide Turtess Mohammed - speaks Russian well, did his job perfectly, the trip to Cairo was successful, he ordered a dry breakfast and a late dinner for us, he told us about the hotel and similar things, what else is needed for happiness)
- guide Toha - drove us to Cairo and to the airport home. He told a lot of interesting things about their culture. One of his phrases worth thinking about is "Do not judge all the people by one or two incidents. If one of the Arabs offended you, this does not mean that now you should treat all the people badly. " True truth. You know why their people treat foreigners better. No, not because of the tip. But because a foreigner will always shake hands, smile, ask how you are doing. Think. .
