We chose the hotel based on the fact that the common area of the three hotels nearby, this led to the hope that it would not be boring. Vacationing with my husband and friend. On arrival, we had to wait about an hour for the rooms to become available. At the reception they offered rooms with windows overlooking the pool or the sea for 10 euros per day. We were not interested and we refused (and rightly so). Asked to give two numbers side by side - the request was fulfilled. The rooms are standard, the phone periodically refused to work and regularly reconfigured channels on the TV. The cleaner is a very nice smiling guy, he decorated our bed with flowers and various figures from towels and a blanket. The first three days were terribly boring, there was disappointment at the hotel and a desire to go home, but after the change of animators at the hotel, it became noticeably more cheerful. Well done animators brought movement to the hotel.
The food is standard as in all hotels, but we were very surprised that we did not take all the drinks ourselves, but the waiters brought them to the table by order, this was seen for the first time, apparently due to the large number of Slavic vacationers in the hotel. Periodically there were skirmishes between Ukrainians and Russians, and some vacationers and even animators had black eyes. The hotel employees are friendly, only when they started fasting, sometimes some could not restrain their bad mood. But this can be understood - you can’t eat and drink all day! We took an excursion from our tour to Israel. I liked it very much, but upon arrival we found out that we were taken out of Jerusalem on the day when armed clashes began there and therefore we did not visit one of the temples.
For lovers of depth and a large number of fish, one could enjoy the sea from the pontoon, and for children and those who could not swim, one could walk in shallow water, there was also something to see. By the way, an employee on a pontoon sells drugs, we ourselves have witnessed it more than once.

The most unpleasant thing: a friend’s phone was stolen from his room in the evening, he literally left the room for water for a few minutes, and at that moment I left my room and saw how a hotel employee ran away from his door, I was very surprised that he was running, but looked back at me and I remember him. Later, when a friend came and said that his phone had been stolen, we went to the reception to sort it out. No one is interested in the signs of a thief, no one was interested that someone saw him at all. There was only one answer: the hotel is not responsible for everything that is not in the safe. When asked how a person could get into a closed room if the owner has the key to it, the answer was confusing that the universal keys are handed over to the reception by the cleaners and there are no extra keys and in general no evidence of where and who the keys are and how many of them no one provided us with at all. For two days they pretended to be looking for a phone, walked around the number, looked into all the cracks - and that's it! Later, I discovered that a foundation of a well-known expensive brand was missing from my cosmetic bag. It was a complete shock! Who needs it if only men work in the hotel and in general it was for fair skin. The indignation was complete from the fact that even the cream, which I did not consider valuable and did not hide in the safe, was stolen. It turns out that the entire suitcase must be hidden in the safe, because I don’t know what other personal items local thieves will take for value in order to steal. On the last day I saw this thief and took a photo of him.
