Two air conditioners, plasma, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer. Everything worked. Cleaning every day, towels changed on request. Lots of mosquitoes. The hotel is near the airport, because every 10-15 minutes planes fly over the hotel at a very low altitude and buzz. around the clock. The territory is spacious, clean, well-groomed. Dirt, garbage did not notice. The water park is great for kids and adults. The child did not climb out of the water, I liked it very much, I did not want to leave. The pools are not heated. In the children's water park, the water is coldish, but the child quickly got used to it and it's normal in the 32-degree heat. In the adult water park and in the pool, the water is nominal. I agree, in winter, when the temperature outside is 23-24, it will be cold in this water park for children if the water is not heated, and if it is 30 and above outside, then class. Plenty of sun loungers with soft mattresses. There is enough space for everyone, although the hotel, as it seemed to me, was packed. Terrible dining and food. In Egypt, the third time, such poor nutrition has not been seen. Terrible for a 5. The last days they ate by force. The child did not want to eat anything, says everything is not tasty. The food is very bad. Everything tasteless, monotonous and the same. In short, we liked everything about this hotel, except for the dining room and food. Super for a child, the hotel is designed for children, because of the water park, but pay money to go half-starved for a week, like that. . . I advise you to find another hotel with a water park but normal food, but if you are not picky about food, then the hotel is normal. Pros: a cool water park for children and normal pools, normal rooms, territory, staff, service. Cons: very poor food.
