We stayed at this hotel from March 17th to March 25th. The hotel is declared as a 4, but it is fully consistent with a 5-star hotel in terms of service and food. This is not the first line, but the water park completely solves this moment. We went to the sea a couple of times, but the sea is shallow and the pier is far away. So we did not appreciate the sea. . . If you want to "lose your children" in a good way for the entire period of your vacation, then this is the hotel for you. You can safely go here with very small children (there were Germans with a 3-month-old baby) and then ascending. The water park is suitable for both the little ones and teenagers. The pool in the children's water park was heated (there was a little windy weather and it was quite cool at night, and in the morning the pool was very warm, which cannot be said about the rest). Nutrition - the strictest diet was prescribed for my son, so I was pleased that I could safely feed him, because there was steamed-boiled food on a par with fried food, various salads, both assembled and separately ingredients. Eggs in 3 versions, yoghurts are very tasty. There was always meat and fish and chicken. For sweets, for my taste, not very much, like just a lot, but I like slightly different sweets, so I leaned on fruits, and they were in abundance. Animation is a separate issue. All the time the animators were engaged in children, they arranged various games in the pool, then just passing by, they managed to pay attention to almost every child they met on the way. We helped mothers to entertain children and introduce them to skiing. In general, well done - this is exactly what I was looking for when choosing a hotel - my son did not get bored - and despite the fact that there were practically no Ukrainians, a little more Russians, and the rest were Germans, Arabs, Indians, etc. - there was no language barrier for children and I think that this is a great merit of the animators. Tip on choosing a room - if you are with a child, then I definitely do not recommend a room in the central building - in the evening there is very loud music and noisy entertainment. The rooms at the adult water park are also not better - music rumbles from 10 am until the evening. Better in the middle. There is soundproofing, but it is not enough if the speakers right under the windows are yelling. . . I was also worried about the issue of aircraft, it’s very close to the airport, but in vain! yes, planes often flew over, but I can’t say that it bothered me a lot. A la carte restaurants.....their 2 is indian and italian.... we visited both.....horror horror. . . The same food as in the general restaurant but with improved presentation and that's it.....Internet at the reception in the morning (about 7 am) you can easily surf the Internet, the rest of the time it all depends on the number of people who also want to connect to the Internet. Settlement - despite the fact that when we arrived the hotel was half empty, we were settled exactly at 14 o'clock. First, we were offered a superior room (naturally for an additional fee) in the central building on the 3rd floor. I liked the room and I was ready to pay a little extra, but when I went out onto the balcony I realized that the windows overlook the main bar (as it turned out later, my intuition did not let me down) where noisy dances, music, singing, festivities, etc. are held in the evenings. . . Since we refused, we were informed that we would not be settled before 14. But we arrived in such a way that we had to wait 30-40 minutes, but the picture when adults and children of different ages who arrived at night and wait in the wings were sleeping in the hall every day, and this was with free rooms. Vacationers were mostly Germans. There were many Arabs with their entire family - younger ones with one wife and 2-3 children, and older ones already with two or three wives and 5 or more children. But I didn’t notice any discrimination - there was absolutely the same attitude towards everyone. We went on an excursion on a yacht - there were three swims to the reefs. In general, I liked it. It was windy in the morning, but then everything got better and on the last reef we looked at the fish normally and swam enough. We went to the local market (free of charge, 2 times a day, the hotel carries everyone on its bus). It can be seen that there are not many vacationers and, accordingly, those who want to skimp too. Once they even witnessed quite aggressive behavior - at first they grabbed their hands and pulled them into the store (they were our neighbors), but when the seller realized that no one would buy anything, he began to yell that they were not tourists, etc. . . A sharp change in behavior, although people behaved more than decently, calmly and simply did not consider it necessary to buy the towel shown to them. Personally, I bought souvenirs and there was no desire to go anywhere else, because there were shops with the same assortment on the territory of the hotel, and if you bargain properly, the price decreased significantly. The bars in the hotel are normal, the bartenders were especially pleased - cheerful and sociable guys, always ready to fulfill any of your requests. Alcohol was, like everywhere else in Egypt, the average scall, so they drank supplies from duty free in the room. The central bar is open 24/7 and free of charge. Room cleaning depends on the cleaner - the first part of the holiday was cleaned by one guy and everything was perfectly cleaned-folded-wiped. The last couple of days have been different and housekeeping left a lot to be desired although tips were left daily. In general, the holiday was a success. I recommend the hotel and if I go with the children (we didn’t take the youngest with us this time), then I’ll go to this hotel, because if the children are busy, then the parents will find something to do.
