Sharm in Egyptian or the first time in Sharm El Sheikh!))
Hello everyone! Yesterday my husband and I returned from a trip to Egypt and I immediately want to share my impressions with you, dear ones! And I would like to start with thanks! Huge thanks to agent_borabora, Adrenalin77, orhideya21, hendo7, tati1144, kvi2007 and special thanks to orbittours. ru for your valuable advice/answers and inspiration for the trip! Also to all the employees of the travel agency, the hotel, the residents of the city, the people we met and everyone who made 10 days of our life warmer, brighter, more beautiful, smiling and kinder!
We decided to go spontaneously, literally in 1 day, a good opportunity turned up to leave everything for 10 days, throwing around with the choice of a country / resort, assessing financial opportunities and predicting Egypt from here, paying for a tour, a day of disbelief in a miracle called "from winter to summer", a day (more precisely, an evening) of collecting a suitcase (70% warm clothes), looking ahead - very in vain)) and here it is an old plane, seats at the emergency exit. .
The wing of the plane in the window creaked and vibrated terribly, but still confidently lifted us up to the sun! Our house was left behind, slush, sleet and humidity remained. After some time, through a nap, I saw a chic night city below, glowing with millions of golden lights, shimmering and alluring, it was Istanbul: -) Then the sun woke up, we saw Cairo in all its glory with the snake of the Nile and even saw the pyramids; ) Everything went smoothly at the control at the airport, the bus took us to the Sunrise Select Diamond Beach Resort 5 * hotel for a short time, about 20 minutes. We were immediately captivated by the abundance of green and variety of flowers on the territory, as well as the white color of all buildings! Check-in and getting to know the hotel was easy and smooth. We went down to the sea and immediately appreciated its clear water, gentle and gentle disposition!
Immediately in the water to the right of the pontoon, we were met by a local regular and beggar Fedya (aka Vasya) - a ball fish, a blowfish, and in our interpretation of Kuzya: -) without even wearing a mask, we saw a lot of colorful corals and fish. Admiration knew no bounds! ! ! The Red Sea conquered and fell in love with itself from the first moment! In the future, it was impossible to pull me out of the sea, I swam wherever I had enough strength on both sides of the hotel.
Our excursions and my personal impressions of them:
- Ras Mohammed National Reserve - full day on a yacht, 3 stops for snorkeling and 2 for diving. A depth of 8 meters was enough for me to feel 2 knives that are stabbed into my ears from two sides. But I really liked swimming next to huge fish and multi-level coral reefs!
- Quad biking in the desert. Slow and little. Bedouin settlement - smiled)) liked to shout "GO!
"by our team of people and hear our echo far in the mountains! I didn’t like the deadly smell of diesel fuel and bald tires, my white pants killed by fuel oil)))
- Sightseeing tour of Sharm with dinner at a fish restaurant. I liked the Mohammed Mosque, majestic and striving upwards with its towers. I did not like the guide from the mosque itself, telling the history of Islam in 10 minutes and at the same time counting money from his pocket, talking in his own language with our guide. I did not like the check-in at the "oil factory". A small room with a girl reading a memo about oils, and then a huge showroom / store and a crowd of consultant sharks trying to squeeze oil out of you))
- Day trip to Israel by bus! Excellent price and quality of Orbit Tours operator! Larisa, thank you very much! ! ! Impressions for the rest of your life.
Starting from the Egyptian-Israeli border and a 4-hour interrogation with passion (but that’s another story), I’ll be brief - whether you are a deeply religious church person, an average tourist or an atheist, go to Israel, everyone will find everything for themselves there. El Bukek on the Dead Sea, Bethlehem and Jerusalem. All in one daylight
- The end of the entertaining part of the holiday was parasailing : ) We flew over the sea, looked at the shore, at the rocks, as if motherly holding the city of Sharm el-Sheikh in their arms.
There is only one conclusion, and it is this - it was necessary to start traveling to Egypt earlier!
So many unsolved mysteries, so many unseen fish, so many undrunk mango fresh, because you really want to go to Cairo, Luxor and Alexandria, go fishing on a yacht, ride a quad bike and a buggy many more times, sail to Tiran, see the 7 wonders of Sinai, drink Bedouin tea, eat plenty of sweet oranges, gather your courage and dive again with scuba gear ...
You need to dream, you need to want and everything will definitely happen!
P. S. It turned out somehow sweet and sugary)))) as if there were no fly in the ointment. If there was, it was just a tea room)) well, I didn’t want to look for extra cracks in the tiles on the floor or count towels, gels / shampoos and bottles of free water. Didn't count the steps to the beach and back. I saw one fly, one cockroach in the room and killed one mosquito))) Well, I didn’t smile and didn’t greet the hotel employee - and okay! We went to visit people to relax with a positive attitude and we all really liked it!
I wish you all good travels and pleasant experiences!
