Stayed from 11/12/2021 to 11/23/2021 (12 nights). We flew from Kyiv, the price of the tour is $1000 (for 2 adults and a child).
Objectively, the hotel has 4 stars, that is, worse than 5 stars and better than 3, BUT there are BUT, which I described in the minuses. Also, objectively, the hotel is not expensive, and perhaps there would be nothing better for your money.
The hotel is located near the old town, has a small territory.
Minuses:
1) They smoke everywhere in the hotel, in the dining room on the site, near the sun loungers, everywhere. We were a small child and we do not smoke, the constant disgusting because of cigarettes. No non-smoking area and no wind ie. you seem to be in a smoking room, so everyone around is smoking.
2) The children's pool is not heated, there are 4 pools in hotels, 2 adults and 2 children's, and so not a single children's pool was heated, we bathed a child at 10 months because of this in an adult pool.
3) They feed the same, there is no variety. Today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow and until the very departure will be the same. The choice is small, 2-3 side dishes to choose from. For breakfast, there is only one side dish - mashed potatoes, and so every day, mashed potatoes, mashed potatoes, mashed potatoes. Soups are not tasty and constantly oversalted.
4) I lost my room key, I came to the reception to get a new one, they told me $16, and they said that I would need to pay when checking out. On the day of check out, I was told that I should pay $30 instead of $16 for a plastic card that costs $1-$2.
5) Prices for additional services in hotels are quite expensive, even for Egypt. For example, 5 massages $100, laundry $10, excursions are 4 times more expensive than in the "old town", and so on.
6) The sewerage was clogged in the room and from time to time water from the sewerage rose to our room.

3) Excellent attitude of staff towards vacationers;
4) Clean everywhere, in the pool, in the room (we always left $1);
5) Many bars, on 2 beaches, 2 pools in the hotel, in the dining room and at the reception.
