Отличный отель Excellent hotel

We were at the hotel from 10.01. 24-19.01. 24, I really liked the hotel. Upon check-in, we were greeted by polite guys at the reception; the best administrator, Ian, works at the front desk; he checked us into an ideal room on the first floor (we were with children and this is a big plus of the 1st floor). The rooms were clean, the cleaners were respectful, they rotated different figures on the beds every day (not for money). The food was 5+, everything was very tasty and edible (every day there was something new, there were shrimp, crabs, tuna, a wide variety of meat dishes, and fruits were always fresh). The staff in the restaurant was very surprising, everyone was attentive, I especially want to mention Mohammed Edris!! ! The animation is also brilliant, Margot and Victoria are great! At first the reef didn’t seem very good, but because there was wind and there were few fish, but when it became calm on the 2nd day, the underwater world was very surprising (a stingray swam in, a huge number of different fish, and we were even lucky enough to see a lionfish and a moray eel).
I also liked that the hotel has a daily shuttle service to different areas of Sharm, completely free of charge. The waiters in the lobby are great too! In general, I recommend this hotel to everyone, I would definitely return.
