I chose a hotel for proximity to Naama, in Sharm for the second time.
The problems began with the settlement:
1) They began to put us in a dugout room near the pool, without an extra bed. Although they had a note when ordering a ticket that the floor was above the 1st, and a quiet place, and we were two adults and a child.
After the scandal, they changed the room, supposedly to a superior room, hinting at a surcharge, but in the end the room turned out to be the one that should have been standard with one large and one single bed. They gave it through the door from the Red Bar, not the best place for silence, since the bar is open until 12 at night for all inclusive. We closed our eyes to this because everyone was tired from the road and wanted to settle in as soon as possible and have time to have dinner.
2) Nutrition, if you are not picky, then, in principle, there is something good to eat. Even for vegans, there will be an assortment of greens that will get boring on the third day.

There is simply no children's menu, three bowls of vegetables, sometimes rice, more often fried potatoes with soy sausages, and so on for 6 days.
3) The territory is green, compact, at the entrance there is some kind of repair behind a screen, a cinema with shops is abandoned, there is a periodic stench throughout the territory, as if the hotel is being watered from the sewer.
4) For children, you can say nothing, the kids club turned out to be with an animator who does not speak Russian. In the pool there are children's slides for kids, the water in them is colder than in the pool for older and adults, and this is at the end of April. There is no swing or playground. Children's disco is generally about nothing, our animators are Slavs, but none.
5) There are a lot of locals in the hotel, even too much.
6) The staff is responsive, in the restaurant only, no cleaning, with a chocolate bar, with a dollar, with a dollar with a chocolate bar. No changes, they didn’t even twist any of the towels, but they twisted it to friends.
7) In March, friends rested, everything was different, both service and food.
WiFi is paid! Although it was free in March, buy a SIM card at the airport, $5 -4gb, $6 -6gb, $14 -12gb. It's only more expensive everywhere, even in the official vodafone in Naama. We didn't buy because of the long queue, and because friends in March forgot the bus at the airport.
8) Check-out, we were waiting for the bus from 7.30, we were standing for an hour, in the sun, no one at the reception knows anything, the guide was called and did not pick up the phone. The bus arrived at 9 with the words we couldn’t find you, and as a result, the flight was delayed from 10.30 to 12.
I will not come to this hotel again even if the price is even cheaper than I bought a ticket
