Pros: management constantly ennobles the hotel, but not all at once; they take a bus to the beach, but you can sometimes walk on foot; food is plentiful and tasty, the rooms are large, but cleaning is only on demand, there is a travel agent on site with great excursions. Cons: there is little free drinking water; very noisy day and night (music thunders at the request of rollicking companies), no beer and wine, only strong drinks with soda; cats are hungry flies during the day and mosquitoes in the evening (they are regularly poisoned, but they do not give up).

The hotel is good, the staff is polite, they try. The area is clean and well maintained! The food is good, there is a choice. The bar has local drinks. There is a shop on site. The beach carries a scheduled shuttle, if desired, you can walk, about 15 minutes. The beach is nice, towels are provided by the hotel.

Viking Club Hotel is a fairly good hotel, fully consistent with its price, no more, no less, let's say. The staff is polite, responds very quickly to all requests, so there were no questions about the service. The food is delicious, everything was enough. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are cleaned every day.

The furniture is relatively in good condition, but comfortable, there were no problems with this. In general, I was satisfied with the chosen hotel, it did not disappoint me for sure.

Officially, the status of the hotel has been lowered to 3 stars in the summer. But even two stars, he barely pulls out. Nothing works, the territory is small, they save on food, 50% of vacationers are local people, you won’t rest near the pool. many flies, no animation. Local draft alcohol is poured without restrictions (beer ends two hours after the opening of the lobby bar).

The Chaseby company sold me this express tour with the words that they usually give good 4 *, and with the condition of 2 lines, in my understanding of walking distance. There is only one claim, at least they mentioned the probability of flying into this fucking viking 4 *, which is actually 2 s+ or 3 s-. * Spitting all who were there with us! Except for the guys who bought everything for 25 thousand for 10 days.

Except for the guys who bought everything for 25 thousand for 10 days. And they knew in advance where they were going - to swell and smoke a plan. The Teztur guides themselves do not even call it a hotel. The Egyptians there are half of the entire public, for them it’s normal there, everything is better than in their shacks.
In order, dirt and indifference with devastation everywhere. We arrived late at night, but by the end of dinner we were in time. We thought we got into a roadside Tajik cafe, but it says restaurant. You can’t find a chair without stains and streaks; they stick to your hands. All vegetables until they are eaten, will be served every day in different versions, washed, fried, filled with vinegar.
A 15-seater minibus carries to the beach, in 2-3 trips. Whoever managed to do it first will lie in the shade, the rest will show their imagination. In the morning, one in a muddy bay, where pleasure boats and boats spend the night. You can forget about corals. After lunch, on a decent beach with a reef, but very cramped and likely to get to your rooming house on your own, the driver travels according to her schedule. As a result, you can stay on the afternoon beach for 2 hours, at 5 pm you can already catch the departure of the minibus, instead of sunbathing. Always on the alert, whether the driver arrived or not, you will not relax.
About the number. Gave the keys and winked, a good number, followed by asked to thank. They took offense at my answer. The condo worked, but after 5 minutes it started to drip and after an hour it would not be possible to move around without getting your feet wet. Two towels worked all week, no one was going to change, they cleaned the room twice, collected water, leaving dirty stains.
The pool carries chlorine, not to be confused with anything.
In the only bar, beer ends at 15.00-16.00, after 17.00 it is guaranteed to be gone until the next day. This rule is. I am silent about the rest of the alcoholic drinks. I didn’t like anything in 5 * hotels except beer, but here whiskey is 30% in soft bottles. Moonshine is more fragrant. Although I don’t care about animation, I saw this girl twice, the first with the help of a bartender, the second when selling evening excursions . .
When contacting a hotel guide about changing a hotel, the answer is 3 * for $ 100.4 * for $ 180.5 * for $ 260, half of the people moved.

I strongly recommend not to go here! Choose another hotel! If you bought a "pig in a poke" (as happened to us), and there is no turning back, what is worth preparing for. 1. The hotel is not close to 4 stars! The presence of a broken telephone, a half-working air conditioner and a single-channel TV cannot turn a one-star hotel into a 4-star hotel! Really solid 1! Wi-Fi only at the bar near the pool and then such that you need 10 minutes to check your mail.

As they wrote here in the reviews, they give the worst room, in order to pay for the best. We got a very small one, the window overlooks the neighboring building, the drain in the washbasin is broken, the shower flows from all sides! This is despite the fact that there was a postscript that it was a honeymoon! Because we didn’t plan to sit in the room, we didn’t care and we didn’t change.
2. Food is very limited. There is a clear processing of products on the face - what was grilled for dinner, tomorrow at lunch will be in batter. Unsanitary conditions rushing from all the cracks! Flies crawl on food! Fruits and vegetables will be displayed again and again until you finish them! Just as sweet, until you finish eating these crackers, they either pour honey on them, or spread them with cream, but no one will put them fresh! Portions of water are ridiculous, I think, 80-100 grams each! Breakfast is the worst - ham and fried sausages that even cats don't eat! And by the way, if you want tea or coffee at lunch or dinner, you will have to go to the bar, because. they are not provided in the dining room!
And, the worst thing about food, here every third is poisoned! They call it "strong acclimatization". But for 7 days of our stay - 6 cases of such "acclimatization"! Including my husband! Temperature 39.8, terrible diarrhea and vomiting, up to 30 (!!! ) times a day!! ! At first they tried to say that it was alcohol, but because we are athletes and, in principle, do not drink, they said that acclimatization! He lost over 12 kg in 3 days! And I couldn't walk without support!
3. Medicine. Of course, when such a case, they were frightened. They did droppers, injections, pills. For some reason, the doctor advised juice, especially lemon juice and fruits, although in case of a stomach ailment it is impossible to irritate it with vitamin C. If nevertheless you got to the doctor, immediately negotiate the currency. He does not wait for insurance, he takes cash. Issued an invoice (fuck it, it's cheaper in Europe! ), paid in their currency, and then he came up with some kind of conversion. And to prove - you can't prove anything!
4. The beaches of the hotel are sooooo far away! It is written - a kilometer from the sea, they didn’t seem to lie, if you measure the distance from the hotel to the sea with a ruler, it will be so, but THE BEACH IS AN ALIEN! Buses are carried to the beaches of the hotel, such as on schedule. In fact, ask the driver, he may leave earlier or not arrive at the right time at all! We had one sandy beach - not bad enough, there is a toilet and water to wash, enough places. Although impudent workers begin to tell that the places near the water are "occupied", so that you give them a tip. Remember, while someone's things are not there, they are free! And don't order anything from them! We waited an hour and a half for the food, in the end we took it with us! The second beach (after lunch) is coral. First - get ready to pump your lower leg - an endless number of steps lead to the beach, and they are very uncomfortable and steep. The beach itself is without a toilet, without water, very small, there are always not enough places. As a result, they lay right next to the water just on mattresses. The sun sets behind the rock before 4, so there is only one time to swim with a mask and look at the fish.
5. Hotel service is difficult to evaluate, because on the first day my husband got poisoned and the manager came up to us. So we changed linen and towels every day without a tip, and smiled and tried to help. The most unpleasant type at the reception. There was a feeling that since we came to His Majesty, we just have to give him money.
6. Mosquitoes and other living creatures - the first night I thought it was a conspiracy! That in addition to a sloppy and completely broken room, in addition to the terrible poisoning of my husband, we have a mosquito family incubator somewhere! They are not just darkness, they cover you completely! Then they bought a fumigator, and before going to bed they turned on the air conditioner (which works for 5 minutes out of 15), it helped a little. Every other evening, a guy walked around, who blew the territory and the entrances of buildings with some kind of terribly smelly smoke, from which people died, but this did not touch the insects. There is also a suspicion of bedbugs or something like that (I'm not very strong in blood-sucking insects). Because in addition to mosquito bites, there were small red dots all over the body, which itched a lot and which immediately disappeared upon returning home!
Something like that. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. I waited for a while on my return so that the review was not very emotional and stated the facts more.
Now we understand that it would be cheaper to abandon the trip altogether when we read reviews about the hotel with tickets in hand!
Believe me, it really is that bad!

There is no food or water on the beach. Walk to the beach to go long min 20-30. From drinks - sprite, cola, fanta and yuppies (ala juice) of their production. There is no alcohol in alcoholic beverages either! We advise everyone to shop at the dutik... and do not go to this hotel!

Good day. I'll start with the good. I liked the restaurant. Very tasty and varied food. For dinner, even a couple of times they cooked chicken and lulyakibab on the grill. What can not be said for breakfast, tasteless sausage, terrible fried sausages, if it were not for the scrambled eggs, you might not appear there.

Good day.
I'll start with the good. I liked the restaurant. Very tasty and varied food. For dinner, even a couple of times they cooked chicken and lulyakibab on the grill. Once there was a baked big tuna. Generally not hungry. For lunch and dinner 5+. What can not be said for breakfast, tasteless sausage, terrible fried sausages, if it were not for the scrambled eggs, you might not appear there. We went with a child, he ate badly, they wanted to take out an apple from the restaurant at the entrance, they took it away. Give twice a day 600 grams of water. This despite the fact that with this water you also need to brush your teeth (from the tap water into your mouth in no case). In place of the juice in the restaurant, yuppies are heavily diluted. The coffee is terrible, (good for a fee) tea is so-so for a C grade. The attendants are Arabs, some unscrupulous ones may not wash their uniforms, like our gypsies.
Regarding all-inclusive, alcoholic drinks are full of disgust, the strongest degree is 15. It is not possible to drink clean (imagine very diluted vodka). Cocktails are tasty but non-alcoholic. Beer is complete disgusting if there is 1 degree, and then I doubt it (4% is written on the bottle). Our company drank beer and cocktails all evening, no one in one eye. And for 25 tugriks ($4-5) you buy a normal can of beer and you realize that you are stupidly bred in a free bar. The bartender is also stupid, I tell him to give him beer, and he looks at me and starts wiping glasses, then he goes to call where then... Mustafa the milkman bartender, respect to him. There are no discos, no entertainment for children. Well, now the biggest joke, people from our hotel were no longer allowed to go to the "reef beach". This is the coolest beach, there is NO better place for diving. Depth immediately 70m. The abundance of fish and caral on the "reef beach" surpasses all the beaches in Sharm el-Sheikh. Divers come here from all over the city.
The hotel is a C grade. At the reception, no one understands Russian. Shower cubicles with black mold, the demon of slippers is scary to become, there was water in the shower, thin silicone pillows, everything was done on a blunder, the edges of the countertop on the washbasin are sharp, as they cut it out and put it... Repair, Savdepovskaya furniture. Lots of mosquitoes and flies. In general, there is a construction site and a landfill around the hotel, it is on the outskirts.
The child (5 years old) was very bored.
I got a ticket for $ 250 per person for 5 nights, this is a golden price.
Conclusion: if you go to the sea, swim, sunbathe, all of the above can be endured. If you want attention, servants . . - this is not here.

In short, for those who travel to this hotel, so that they know what to be prepared for. Were in triples and quadruples in Hurghada, and in Marsa Alam, and in El Gouna, so there is something to compare:
1) Location. Near Naama Bay, shops, cafes. The beach is far. Ride only by bus, which leaves 3-4 times a day. You also need to walk 15 minutes to the embankment with other people's beaches, we passed without problems, no one kicked us out.
2) Territory: practically absent. The hotel has begun to expand, so if you get a view from the windows of construction debris, do not be surprised. Two swimming pools, one heated - next to it you need to take sun loungers at 7 am. After breakfast everything is already taken.
3) Hotel. The receptionist immediately says that you are in a "hole" and not in 4 stars. Tiny, not intended for evening gatherings, only a stand. The rooms are old, in where we were settled all three doors were broken - the entrance, the bathroom and the balcony))). They gave 40 bucks to exchange the standard for supposedly "luxury", and this at least avoided problems with hot water.
4) Insects. In January there were a bunch of mosquitoes and a bunch of flies. They scare them away with smokers, but it's all useless. In winter, bring fumigators.
5) Staff. Typical Arabic service. Treat Russians like shit. Russians in retaliation begin to behave even worse. This is such a vicious circle. Although the same foreigners behave no better, they also thump, yell and do not get out of the bar in the evening. First of all, in the dining room they approach the Italians and the British. A special feature of the waiters: if you ask for water, they will bring it in bottles, and the glasses will be "forgotten". Sit and drink from your throat))) Cleaning was every other time, even though they left their tugriks on the table.
6) Food. The usual buffet as in all local hotels. Lots of meat, vegetables, fish every day. Boiled vegetables and meat for ulcers were constantly put in one tray)))
7) They steal little things. Be careful. Put everything in a safe, especially on the day of departure, when there will be no time to deal with the staff. Our cleaner first stole a pack of condoms from the bedside table, and then at the end he grabbed my glasses along with the case)). The glasses are a pity - they were dear and beloved.
8) Beach. Small, but in January there were no problems with sunbeds. There is a reef and lots of fish. Be sure to take masks. One entry into the sea immediately to the depth, and the second along a stone cut with shells and coral remnants - don’t even think of walking there without slippers, the edges of the shells are very sharp, I once climbed without slippers and seriously injured my leg.
9) Animation. Is absent.
10) Internet. Paid wifi. At the counter they asked for 20 euros for a week of Wi-Fi. Tip - go to the nearby Chris Resort hotel and take it for two weeks for $ 7)))
Summary. Bad old treshka with a remote beach. Go only if the ticket does not exceed 400-500 bucks for two weeks per person with "all inclusive". The option is suitable if you plan to lie on the beach all day, by the pool and go on excursions. In all other cases, no.
Pros: warm pool, bartender Jamaica, cheap fruits in a nearby supermarket, sea, sea and again sea.
