Hello. I want to dispel a few myths about the hotel, which will tell you in a travel agency. We were promised a room with a safe, minibar and refrigerator. Only a refrigerator was available, which at full capacity cooled a bottle of water by the end of the second day (nothing else would fit in it). There was no safe or minibar. Of course, this is not important, but you must admit that when all this is promised in the agency, but the hotel does not have this, disappointment is inevitable. Further, at 17-18 hours life in the hotel stopped. Complete silence, minimum lighting, although the agency said that every evening the hotel hosts an entertainment program. This, of course, refers more to misinformation on the part of the travel agency, and not to the hotel. Now about the hotel. If you didn’t leave a dollar on the bedside table when you left your room in the morning, then you are unlikely to wait for your number to be removed. Shower - one name. You know, like in pioneer camps (a tub under your feet and a shower splashing in different directions) - this is a specific indignation against the positioning of the hotel as a four-star! The food is so-so. I wouldn't say it's bad, but it's fairly monotonous. Breakfast is not much different from dinner and the menu does not change much. If coffee is served for breakfast, you won't even get tea for dinner, and a 1.5-liter bottle of plain water at the bar costs $2. The quality of the beach has already been said before me. The beach is junk. And it is true! Seal rookery without a single shower and toilet.
Neither at the reception nor in the restaurant do they speak Russian at all, so remember at least school English (by the way, knowledge of the language is very useful there everywhere). It is impossible to change money (or change only for pounds).
There is a nice swimming pool on the territory, but it only works until 17:00. There is no drinking water in the hotel. You have to buy from the supermarket (although the agency will make sure you have a cooler on every floor). No knife or plate will be given to you in your room. Clean beach towels for the beach and pool are only available in the morning. Further - who did not have time, he was late. Either they will give dirty, or they will not give at all. But everyone loves to receive baksheesh (tips). In general, this is really a hotel for a quiet family holiday without pretensions to the quality of service. It is positioned as a four-star, but does not even pull on 2 stars (objectively). If you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them.
