The territory is thought out so well that each room has a view of the pool or a green area with a fountain. Large clean pool divided into two zones. Bar by the pool. Comfortable sun loungers with new mattresses. Beach towels of excellent quality. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well decorated. . Replaced furniture, mattresses, balcony furniture. New flat TVs. All plumbing in the rooms is new. New air conditioners are being installed. The bathroom tiles have been replaced. There are dispensers with liquid soap and shampoo, new hair dryers. The restaurant is large, the tables are set, the kitchen has new appliances (stoves, refrigerators, hoods) and cutlery. Service at a good level. There are few guests, so the restaurant does not work according to the buffet system, but according to the menu. The food is fresh, the dishes are served at the level of a good restaurant. Receptionist works well. We arrived after 12 midnight. Settled in quickly. Late dinner was served in the room. Transfer to the beach 2 times a day, at 9 o'clock in the morning with a return at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and at half past two with a return at half past five. For all questions, you should only contact the reception, otherwise the problem will not be solved. We rested in the hotel together, there were no more guests. We asked the driver to pick us up from the beach an hour earlier, the reception canceled our request, citing the lack of our application for reception. I had to take a taxi back. Palm Beach is a nice beach, lots of sun loungers, but strong waves. The pier is wooden, not far from the depth. Entrance to the sea via the slip stairs requiring repair. On the territory of the hotel there is a beautiful children's playground, a pavilion. There is a billiard table next to the pavilion, a tennis table by the pool. The hotel attracts with its renovation and good service. There is no animation yet, as there are few guests. But often the hotel is rented for holiday parties with live music. I would like to believe that with a large number of guests, the service and the restaurant will be on top. We were satisfied with the rest, because we were practically the only guests during this period.
