We rested in this hotel at the beginning of October 2009. I’ll note right away: the hotel’s advertisement says: 20 km from the airport and 4 km from Naama Bay. In fact, the opposite is true - 4 km from the airport, and 20 km from the city. Visa at the airport: you fill it yourself - $ 15, they fill it out - $ 20. The proximity of the airport does not affect the rest in any way! Settled quickly, immediately sent for lunch. Dinner lifted my spirits even more. The room is close to the main hall, spacious and clean. Room overlooking the road (ring). BUT: quiet and calm! There is no such traffic as we have there, the roads are ideal and cars, including trucks, drive very quietly. Nice view from the balcony in the evening. And in general: have we come to sit on the balcony and stare from there? ! Therefore, the view from the window was considered not fundamental and was not mistaken! The staff are friendly and helpful. How many times a day you meet the same employee, so many times he will say hello and ask how you are, in Russian or English. They feed well. Coffee with milk in bars is super! Local alcohol is not a fountain, but we brought with us (how much was allowed) and it was enough for us. Local beer is not as disgusting as they say.
The hotel has 6 swimming pools, including a pool with artificial waves, a paint shop with games and slides. There is enough space for everyone. The undoubted advantage of this hotel is the water park - just super! There are many slides and all are different. The water in the pools is fresh. The quality of the water is constantly monitored (they themselves observed). But I don’t attribute the sea to dignity: at first it’s too shallow and you can’t swim, and then a sharp bottomless cliff and corals. Who swims well - no question - the fish are just a feast for the eyes. Husband even took a ride with a sea turtle (completely unexpected). A small open bus carries to the beach, it runs without delay.
For any excursions 7-8 days is not enough. If the ticket is for 14 days, you can go on an excursion. In the city, the same excursions are at least 2 times cheaper. what the tour operator offers.
