This is our 6th trip to Egypt, so we had something to compare with.
Territory:
Small, almost no, we can say that the area around the pool is the entire territory of the hotel.
Service:
Terrible service in the restaurant (it's even hard to call it a restaurant! It's a canteen! ).
The food is constantly running out, they bring it only after 15-20 minutes. It is almost impossible to find a place for yourself, the tables are dirty, they are not cleaned, they do not put clean appliances. Clean appliances are given only if you catch the waiter by the hand and show that there is nowhere and nothing to eat.
For foreigners, a separate restaurant area is allocated (at the very beginning), there is "always busy". The waiters put buns and glasses of juice, and when you sit down, you are told "busy" and "come on, come on. "
The cleaning of the room was normal, the towels were changed (the only thing, on the very first day, the towels were obviously dirty)
Food:

There is no food. Men have nothing to eat, no meat, only some minced meat patties. The liver was once, put a tablespoon! ! Another time there were sausages cut into several pieces.
The fish is always the same (pangasius), sometimes fried, sometimes baked. . . Garnished with french fries, rice and sometimes potatoes.
Tomatoes and cucumbers end 5 minutes after they were brought from them, and they are gone for 15-20 minutes.
But there is always a radish (!! ) cut into large rings and carrots. They lay for a week, no one ate them, they had already dried up and turned yellow.
At breakfast, puff buns are tasteless, it feels like they have been lying there for a month.
All in all, no variety.
Breakfast from 7 to 10, lunch from 12.30 to 15.00, dinner from 19.00 to 22.00.
Between breakfast and lunch there are no snacks, no second breakfast.
From 16.00 to 17.00 they give ice cream by the pool (we came at 16.45 and ice cream "finishd"), also at this time you can eat a "hamburger" (sandwich with cheese and a thin piece of chicken ham)
Sea beach
The hotel is 90% Russian. At 7 am everyone runs to the beach to take their seats. At 8 o'clock there are no free sunbeds.
But! At the end of the holiday, we already realized that it was possible to go to Melia beach, it is free there.
There is only one pontoon for Melia and Tiran, it is always crowded with a bunch of people, it is impossible to enter the water or get out.
Ships sail up to the pontoon, bringing people to watch corals.
Swimming very close!!
Distance from Naama Bay and Old Town:
The hotel is far away, a taxi costs 8 dollars to the Old City, you can take a bus from the hotel (cost 4 euros to Naam per person round trip)
The general conclusion: for those who travel for the first time to Egypt - the hotel will like it, the rest - sooo I do not advise. I have never experienced such horror anywhere.
There are only Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians in the hotel, all from the periphery, so draw your own conclusions about the attitude towards guests.
