Just returned from this hotel yesterday. Was from 21.02 to 05.03. 2010. In general, everything that is written about this hotel is true.
1. Discrimination based on nationality is very striking. The Slavs (Russians, Ukrainians, Poles, Romanians) are treated as second class. I talked with the British (and their advantage from foreigners is not Slavs, in this hotel), so they don’t have ultra al, because. they drink all the same drinks as everyone else and eat like everyone else, only they are served differently.
2. The staff is very polite, if they are not rude. We did it, so the rest was not spoiled.
3. Number - we were probably very lucky, there were few guests. settled on the 1st floor, with a view and a terrace on the large pool No. 1007. Cleaning every day, towels are changed if you ask, the bed was not changed even once (and this is for 12 days).

4. Food - problems with breakfast are very strong, the same thing all 12 days. Meat and fish are few and rare, vegetables are monotonous and few. They can put something that they didn’t eat yesterday (for example, black cabbage). The glasses in the restaurant are often dirty. there are not enough dishes, if you come to eat not at the first hour you are chasing tea accessories, there are no napkins. Regarding the seating in the canteen (the restaurant does not dare to call the language) - the waiters shamelessly transplant people who have already sat down at the table and started to eat, arguing that 4 people can sit at this table, not two. We were transferred five times.
5. Territory - well-groomed. Not enough green.
6. The pool is cold. There are few sunbeds, the mattresses are often torn. The pool bar is ok. They worked quickly, there was never a long queue. When a lot of people added bartenders from other bars.
7. The beach on the sea is small. The beds are old and the mattresses are torn. The distance between the sunbeds is no more than 40-50 cm. The bar is normal, the queue is always long.
8. Animation - very good guys. Belly dancing, latin, exercises, water aerobics were worthy. I visited, I liked everything. Shows in the amphitheater almost every evening. Animation is carried out, as well as near the pool, and on the beach.
In the last two days of our stay, there was a shooting for tour operators, everywhere they immediately began to clean and wash the territory, decorated all the bars. In general, they did a show.
Traveled with Pegasus. There were no complaints about the hotel operator. They organized everything perfectly - accommodation, transfer. I took excursions from them - everything was on the level. In general, the hotel for the money that I paid for this holiday did not live up to my expectations. I won't go there again. I won't recommend it to my friends.
