I was on vacation with my family, two children (7 years old).
Check-in went very quickly and efficiently, the bracelets were put on immediately and sent to lunch.
The children are delighted with the water park, and with the hotel in general.
Nice, clean pools for all ages.
The hotel is really cool, the food is varied and delicious
(there is fish, squid and oysters every day).
The a la carte restaurants are excellent, the food is delicious, the Chimichurri restaurant (delicious steaks) is beyond praise.
The Italian restaurant "Basilico" is superb.
The rooms are clean, cleaned every day.
The staff is very polite, helpful, requests are fulfilled immediately.
The only negative (at least for us) is a large number of Arabs who behave very arrogantly and rudely, and are very unclean.
Among the disadvantages of the hotel: the animation is rather weak and the toilets near the water park are dirty (no paper available an hour after the water park opens).
I recommend the hotel.
