It was the first trip abroad. The voucher was last minute ($701). We did not count on royal apartments, but "Sun Rise" is a big shed. Smelly, unkempt Arabs, dirty territory, sloppy rooms, killed, to put it mildly, breakfasts, zero service and much more (see photo). When we went to a 3-star hotel, we understood that it was not 4 or 5 stars, but we were ready to make our own rest. After the settlement, the hands dropped to do something))) It was a shock. Europeans do not rest in the hotel, mostly poor Arabs (like our homeless) rest. The staff did not want to do something: they did not respond to an elementary request to have dinner, bring a towel, or change dirty linen (remaining from previous visitors). The beach sucks (Terazina), sunbeds are dirty, towels are like trash, umbrellas are broken (but free of charge).
And then we decided radically - to change the hotel. Tez tour made concessions to us for a certain surcharge. We still do not understand why a reputable travel agency is associated with this dump, although they moved to this dump from the Blue Reef Hotel, and this hotel seemed like a fairy tale to them))
We moved to the hotel "Aida". After that, we had a very cool rest, and planned to come again)). In Egypt, insanely beautiful coral beaches) Minor flaws of "Aida" are incomparable with anything from "Sun Rise". If we were offered to come free of charge to "SARAY - Sun Rise", we would abstain). Have a good holiday everyone!! ! EGYPT WORTH IT!! !
