Rested at Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & SpaStella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa from 06/10/2017 to 17/10/2017. Number 504.506, 508. The hotel was chosen for a joint trip with parents, I wanted to show Egypt to the elderly and celebrate my birthday well.

Rooms-
Settled quickly, welcomed chilled fresh juice.
We took rooms not with a sea view and were satisfied. Special thanks to Julia (Russian-speaking girl) at the reception, she took into account all our wishes. For any question, please always help, very pleasant and responsive. A request to the hotel to evaluate the work of Yulia, for Russian-speaking vacationers, she is simply a huge plus for your hotel.
There is really one wish for the hotel - when checking in, please consider the behavior of the Arabs. Two Arabs were settled above us, so after the night disco they continued to rage until the morning in the room. The hotel either did not want or could not resolve the issue with their behavior. Two nights of pure nightmare!! ! This is a minus for the hotel, I recommend calling the police, let them explain that Arabs do not drink.
The rooms are clean, on our floor the number of rooms was tired. But they responded to any request immediately and solved your wishes.
All bathroom amenities are available and replenished daily.
The rooms are cleaned perfectly (please rate the work of Mahmoud Shokry 5+), he always did the cleaning at a convenient time for you, pleased with the figures, don’t worry about the safety of things, he left a very pleasant impression of his work!

I had to connect and come to the aid of older people (number 508), who do not even know English, with the requirement to wake up the minibar responsible for replenishing the mini bar and the Russian-speaking administrator - the issue was immediately closed !!!

You can safely travel with children! We were very worried with our elderly parents, but we realized that from such a variety and abundance of food we need (Mezim) for better digestion of food. Dinners were themed, very nice for a change. The work of the staff in the restaurant is excellent. With such a diet, you can safely take breakfast and dinner, and spend lunch at a bar by the sea (the portions are huge and it’s enough for a snack! )

If you want to see the reef then swim to the main pan tone. For those who can't swim, the hotel provides life jackets for free - well done. The hotel organizes a sea excursion for those who want to enjoy the coral reef more 35 dollars per person on a boat with lunch and a visit to 3 bays. There is a lifeguard on pan tone, he can show you the entire reef of the hotel, swim with you for free, come in the morning and enjoy swimming before breakfast!

There was a feeling that for your money you got into someone else's drunken corporate party - a flock of drunken, inadequate men from 11 in the morning staged a complete brawl on the beach. Obscene language against another state, if the hotels were in the hotels were citizens of another state, it is hard to imagine how it would end. The hotel tried to contain the situation, but the week of rest was ruined. During the first hour of their stay in hotels, there were 15 complaints about their eviction.
