Hello everyone, not long ago we returned from this beautiful hotel, my husband, me and the child traveled as a family from November 23 to November 30. They didn't even ask us for money at the reception! The hotel is cool but not much calm, for a quiet holiday. We liked everything very much, there is something to compare with, the service is super, everyone is polite, there are no boors, 97% of the vacationers are foreigners, there were only 3 couples including us, the animation also spoke English, but there is Veleria who speaks both Russian and English languages, a good girl from Ukraine, pleasant. In the early reviews, it was written that from the beginning they serve foreigners, and only then Russians, to some extent this is true, but not everyone does this, only one of the bartenders in the Lobby (unfortunately I don’t remember the name) did not show himself very adequately, pretended not to hear, made cocktails terribly, warned him, he ignored us, had to contact the senior manager, and another waiter began to serve us. All such good ones (except for one) serve with a bang, they can simply bring cocktails without ordering. Upon checking into the room, we were offered a baby cot, we were. But despite this, all the same, they brought us a crib to the room, it's nice that they take care of it. There really are no shops near the hotel, there is no place to take a walk outside the territory, but this is not a problem at all, you can negotiate with the hotel driver for a fee and he will take you where you need and at the time you appointed will come for you, in general, Naama Bay 7-10 minutes to go. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to get to the beach, a very clean beach, the sea is not very deep, but whoever travels with children is the very thing! , there is a free pontoon. The food is just super, super, super, always: chicken meat, beef and fish, just every day and cooked differently, every day there were strawberries, pomegranates, persimmons, well, bananas, oranges, tangerines and grapes is not surprising. For lunch and dinner, white and red wine was served. Moreover, when you have dinner, a waiter may come up and offer more wine or beer, depending on what you drink, and bring it to you. Guide Mohammed of course upset us. I think that he just does not treat people responsibly! When we went to meet him, we talked, he said that on the last evening we should call him to clarify whether our flight had changed, I don’t understand. what do you mean call me? We didn't like it, he said ok, I'll come to you. The next day after our arrival, another 1 couple arrived, and our guide told them that they were the only Russians in the hotel. There was another unpleasant situation, but not with dreams, but with the last Russian settlers, they bought a trip on a safari, then the time changed as a result, no one told them about it, they solved the problem. Would go there again!!!!!!!!! !
