In general, not bad, but there are some nuances.
Positive points:
1. Good reef. A very large variety of fish, once we saw a large stingray with 4 fish on it, other vacationers even said that they saw sharks (small, harmless). Access to the sea from 2 pontoons, the pontoon is not super long.
2. Near Soho. It's nice to go out for a walk in the evening, take photos with numerous sculptures for this), look at fountains, Arabs, tourists in shops. Some tour operators give various 'buns' to tourists. We took in Join up, but TO Coral and could visit the Qeen Vee restaurant in Soho for free - I recommend it, delicious.
3. The territory of the hotel as a whole is well-groomed, not large, but you can freely walk around the territory of the Savoy hotel.
4. The room in building 3 was good. Everything is fine, quiet in the evening. Cleaning is normal.
Negative points/features:

1. Once I got food poisoning after dinner in the main restaurant, as a result, a painful night and a completely lost next day. Alcohol was not consumed that day, just food. The rest of the days there were no problems with food. No frills, but you won't leave hungry. Grilled meat/vegetables were very lacking and the breakfasts were pretty basic. In general, everything is pretty standard and monotonous. But for the category and price of the hotel tolerable, if not for the poisoning.
2. The week we were at the hotel, there were ~80% Arabs.
3. NO animation. There are animators, but none. There was no show, only a couple of times 'hotel couple' and 'karaoke' which was very rotten. There are no discos in the hotel, in Soho, due to the pandemic, the club, the bowling alley did not work. If it were not for the proximity to Soho, where you can walk (and then monotonously) in the evening it would be completely boring. You can go with animators to a disco in the old city ~$15-20/person.
4. If it is important for someone - children's animation, there is almost no infrastructure in the hotel, it will not be convenient at sea. It is better to choose hotels in Hurghada.
5. There is a mini bus to the sea, 5 minutes drive. It took exactly 7 minutes from the beach to the room in building 3.
6. At early check-in, they don’t wear a bracelet, they asked $ 30 for the opportunity to have breakfast ! ! For an earlier check-in also $ 30, despite the fact that it is obvious that there were free rooms. At first they gave a room with 2 beds pushed together, after raising their voice and attracting a manager, they gave a normal room in building 3. Bad aftertaste upon check-in.
In general, the hotel is not bad, but it can be much better) They took it for $ 1000, I do not recommend more expensive.
