We stayed at this hotel from 09/06/09/20/09. We went according to the reviews of friends who had a rest in this hotel in 2007 and 2008. The main criterion for choosing a hotel was good animation, for this they even sacrificed the first line. I'll start in order. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, at the reception we put $ 20 in our passport, waited 10 minutes and received the keys to the room. They settled us in the 3rd building on the first floor. the room is good though everything is old and periodically something breaks.
The hotel area is beautiful.
The food is very scarce constantly 2-3 types of rice, pasta and some other one dish, and so every day for lunch and dinner. A couple of types of fish and meat, that's all. Of course, it was pleasing that sometimes they prepared Russian dishes - borscht, fish soup and Olivier. Food for me in the hotel is not the main thing, but here it was not enough.

Animation. JUST A COMPLETE DEAD!!!! ! Girls from the CIS countries (Ukraine, Russia, Belarus), in my opinion there were 10-12 people, two animator guys from England and that's it. It all came down to a sluggish inviting for activities, which they simply could not do normally, at the pool it was water volleyball, darts and a cocktail game, and there was also aqua aerobics, which they also could not do normally, on the beach the same story. In general, all the girls animators just stupidly came to relax and at the same time they are also paid money for it. There were no evening shows at all!
Beach. There were always enough sunbeds at any time, even under umbrellas, just 70-80% of vacationers are British, and they are almost all at the pool, and that's where it was necessary to take sunbeds in the morning. The corals in the sea are not very good. In the spring we were in the Continental, so the corals there are just super. The bar on the beach is available only beer and wine.
Separately, I would like to note the Egyptian medicine. My wife injured her leg on volleyball, called for insurance, they said in 10 minutes a car would come and take her to the hospital, only an ordinary Hyundai car arrived on time, not an ambulance, we barely loaded it there. They took us to the so-called hospital, which was located on the territory of the Domina Hotel (in short, it is most likely just some kind of first-aid post). The doctor took an x-ray and said that she had a ligament rupture in her knee, wrapped it with an elastic bandage, gave some pills and took her to a hotel. The next day, the guy with the insurance called and said that we misunderstood the doctor and she didn’t have a torn ligament, but a dislocation with a sprain, said to be like 3 weeks in a bandage and everything would pass. Upon arrival home, we immediately went to our hospital and it turned out that she had a torn ligament and a fracture in her knee with displacement, a couple of days ago she had an operation, they fixed her knee, put in a plate and sewed the ligaments together. These are the doctors who work in Egypt, they do not treat, but cripple. Additional thanks to the insurance company for the fact that they work with such hospitals. Their task is to do something for you, to hang noodles on your ears, and then do what you want, this is no longer our problem.
