It seemed to me that the hotel is perfect for families with children or just for a relaxing family holiday (youth will be bored).
Settled quickly! English and Russian understood elementary! So the myth that Russian is an unknown language here has been dispelled!
They asked for the 5th or 4th building. No problem! By the way, I want to clarify that there is no concept of building numbers. The whole hotel is divided into zones: 1st and 2nd - family rooms (two and three rooms). 3.4, 5.6 - regular numbers. The zones are very large and spread out across the territory. That is, by taking a room in zone 5, you can live both near the main building and by the sea (closer to the sea).
As a result, we took a family room "family room", for an additional fee. And the room is cool and one of the balconies overlooked the pool. It was just great!

Dear readers, I don’t know how things are in the hotel in summer, but IN WINTER there can be no better place than a warm pool and a beach. These places are not only the best, but also the most inhabited and lively. Zones 4 and 5 were empty and completely deserted.
The water in the pool was from 26 to 28 degrees. The nursery was not always warmed up, but if it was warmed up, then the water there was excellent.
The sea was happy! Warm, beautiful and wonderful fish.
The room. . . Yes, everything was fine there. Everything worked properly. Cleaned up daily. The sheets and towels were also changed daily.
Restaurant. . . Cool! The food is varied and delicious. There are no complaints. The appetite was excellent.
AAA!! ! I want to write about drinking water, tea and coffee. . . A lot has been written about this before. Yes, there was no bottled water! But, she was on tap in every bar and restaurant. Drink - get drunk. Wanted - drank. Everything is fine! Personally, we did not feel any need to have a bottle of water with us. Filled in a glass and drank from it. Tea and coffee in the restaurant were only for breakfast. BUT! Throughout the day in any bar on the territory or the beach were in unlimited quantities. You ask the bartender and you get a cup of aromatic coffee or tea.
What else to write?? ? Ah. . . About the animation. So much here about her, too, was written... Animation was. Has always been. Girls animators performed their work at 100%. Another thing is that Russian-speaking citizens did not show any activity at all. The animators called everyone every day to exercise, then to water aerobics, then to play ping-pong, darts, water polo. Danced club dances. In the evening there was a mini disco for the kids, and then some program for the adults. but our tourists were not active. This is of course everyone's right. Personally, we weren't very active either. I did a couple of exercises and water aerobics. My daughter played ping-pong and darts. That's all. I didn't want anything more. So there is animation. and whoever wants to, will occupy himself and his children.

I also definitely wanted to write about the attitude of the staff towards Russian-speaking tourists and about some alleged separation... This is all a MYTH. He personally dispelled by us at 100%! If you are a friendly person, you always say hello to people. If you can’t smile in a bummer, then they treat you great! there is no division! we were friends with everyone without exception. Everyone understood us and we understood everyone.
We met people on vacation who spoke negatively about everything in general. Who sat without a mood and complained about everything. What to do. . . Life is such a thing. We rejoice and enjoy, but someone thinks that they have not been given something here. To be honest, I myself heard how people were the first to start being rude to the hotel staff. They said nasty things and swear words in plain text... And then they say that something is wrong with ours.
As for the division into bracelets... They offer to become a member of a certain club. Membership fee is about $35. Foreigners become members of the club automatically, this is immediately included in the cost of the tour. we are optional. Club members have some advantages over others (there is a whole list... I remember that the Internet is free for them). By the way, the Internet is expensive there: 5 euros - 1 hour. (((Or 35 euros - 3 days.
I gave the hotel 9 points out of 10. I will explain why. When you leave the hotel, the scenery is not very beautiful and there is nowhere to walk.
Yes, we also went to the old and new city. If someone goes to buy souvenirs, then in the old city the prices are much lower than in the new one. And in the new one, you can smoke a hookah for $ 1 and at the same time sit on the net for free and talk with loved ones on Skype.
