The choice of this hotel happened spontaneously, we considered a hotel for a family holiday with slides and in the first line with a good rating on TurPravda. At that moment, CORAL TRAVEL had a good promotion for this hotel, so we decided to take a ticket to OTIUM.
We arrived at the hotel in the morning around 8 o'clock, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent for breakfast, they promised to settle by 12.00. After breakfast, we walked around the territory by 12.00 approached, they gave us cards and showed us where the building was located, there was no escort (-).
They found the building, went into the room and saw scaffolding standing behind the balcony, workers and a bunch of plaster on the balcony... I had to return to the reception and change the room. We must pay tribute, the room was changed without problems and apologized.

Rescuers located next to them conscientiously drive away vacationers from these pools (-). The slides are working. Towels are changed once a day, some of the towels are washed to "holes" (-).
Sea... The hotel is located on a cape, not in the bay, so a rather strong wave and current, wind. The beach is wide, but most of the wooden sun loungers are at the top, you have to go down the stairs to the sea. Sunbeds that are located below "in the lagoon" must be borrowed at 7 am. Access to the sea in two places. There is only one pontoon, rigid (on piles) and short (+). Entry into the sea, without a pontoon, is possible at 5-10 meters (water is less than waist-deep). Further restrictive buoys and rescuers are expelled. Sandy beach - no (-).
The reef is small - half-dead, there are a lot of small fish swimming, even near the shore.
Animation is good. Katya with children in the children's room tries to entertain. Adult animators are constantly pulled out of the prone position on the lawn, for yoga, oriental dances, bocchu, volleyball, football. In the evenings, in the amphitheater, Sasha holds various competitions, and closer to 11 there is a disco on the beach.
Restaurants - 3 pcs (main, on the beach and Italian "a la carte". ) The food is generally good, varied. On the beach: late breakfast and light lunch, in the evenings it is converted into Egyptian or Turkish (alternate daily) "a la carte". During the rest it is possible to visit 2 a la carte restaurants free of charge.
Bars - such as in other hotels. Local alcohol, cocktails and beer, Jupi, Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta. Coffee from coffee machines and tea.
What I didn't like… Previously, it was a purely Italian Shores hotel, now most of the holidaymakers are Slavs (Ukraine, Belarus, Russia... ), Italians and Egyptians. The bartenders are thrilled with the Italians, they bring cocktails in glass to the table, the Slavs make them only near the counter and try to pour them into disposable cups... I didn’t like it very much (-)
