2 days since we arrived from this hotel. I'm very disappointed.
1. The hotel was chosen based on the reviews, which are very cool and terribly wrong. Does not match.
2. We arrived at 8:00. At first they said that they would check in at 10, in the end they settled at 12. If you want earlier, pay. Although the rooms were free, respectively, bracelets were not given either, they barely asked for water. Everything else is impossible. Although these are international rules, even in 3-4 * we were settled earlier without problems if there were free rooms. And that's just a waste of money.
3. The territory is large and beautiful, the rooms are good, Wi-Fi is only at the reception and no. It takes 5-7 minutes from the reception to the sea. There are enough beds. The sea is beautiful, there are many fish. Pontoons.
4. Meals: Main Restaurant and 4 Ala Carte.

Basic: canteen as in a hostel. Shabby walls, old furniture, broken dishes. Drinks are carried by the waiters (no more than a glass at a time), so you always had to wait. The food is frankly terrible (although absolutely not picky about food). There was a lot of salted and overcooked yesterday's food.
Ala carte restaurants - also did not like. They beautifully serve tables and create an atmosphere, but as soon as they find out that paid food is not interested, interest in you immediately disappears. And the food is also not tasty, we went to eat in the main. Only one restaurant I liked: Fellini, very tasty pizza and very nice staff. Well done.
You can go to these restaurants one time for free, sign up in the morning near the reception.
5. Location. Far from all routes. You can’t go by minibus, only by taxi. There is a taxi service at the reception, which is twice as expensive as the regular price. If you go outside the main gate, taxi drivers are standing there, but only until 8-9 pm, then you won’t find it. We took the number of one taxi driver and then he was always called at any time. Naama Bay - $3, Old Market - $5.
6. Animation - none. There are several people who do not know how to occupy themselves, not to mention tourists. The most active senior animator. But all his work was a complete antics, and on the 3rd day he was already tired.
Overall, I didn't like the hotel and would definitely not go back. Old, in many places in need of repair. The location is not great. Holds out for 3 * or a weak 4 *, but certainly not 4-5 *.
