I chose this hotel because in September we had a great rest!
Arrived somewhere at 10.00, for extra. payment settled earlier and changed the room with a view of the garden by the sea.
Everything is beautiful, green and well maintained!
The room is old but clean and well maintained. I really like that the room has a separate entrance, it has its own private, closed terrace with a sofa! Very comfortable and good!
After a month, the food has improved a lot, the guys are trying very hard, they fed noticeably better and more varied! More fruits, fish and seafood, more yoghurts and even ice cream have been added!
Service is top notch as always! Atef is smart!! ! Cleaners and landscape guys are great fellows, everyone is happy to see you and very friendly!!!
The sea, the reef - beautiful!
Pontoon, well, still not very good, there are more new sunbeds, it has improved in a month!
Did not like:
1. There was an embarrassment with an employee invited to the hotel, they apologized, but I would like some compensation, at least the minimum moral, so to speak)
2. There are no privileges for regular customers!
