In this hotel 2 times. . I rest in different hotels from 5 to 3. . and several times a year, but this is the first hotel in which I returned for the second time and will return again! I was welcomed like family for the second time! Arrived at 5 am, checked in at 5.30 without surcharges and chocolates and without even a hint of them! All my desires or problems were solved very quickly! The iron was provided on the first word! The air conditioner broke down at night and within 15 minutes I was transferred to another room with my things! And it's at 3 am! You need help wrapping your suitcase or help with the Internet, and that's all they are too! And this is all thanks to the well-coordinated work of the receptionists! The bartender is very friendly, pours coffee, water and makes delicious cocktails and will always cheer you up ; -) cleaning at your request, say do not disturb, they won’t knock on you, say clean up, then in a few minutes they will change towels and bed linen and make swans ! And all this is done by a wonderful and very positive person, always smiling and very polite! Security, yes, of course, they check bags at the entrance to the hotel after a walk, but this is their job, and the bus leaving for the beach will be stopped if they are 5 minutes late! The director, a very pleasant and gallant man, will also listen carefully to your opinion and eliminate the shortcomings! In general, it all depends on the people they make your vacation enjoyable, from the cleaner or security guard to the director. The beach is Viva in Naama Bay (10 minutes walk) and Coral in El Fanar. Below, under the stairs, the very center of Naama Bay with all its shops, restaurants and the promenade, it is very beautiful at any time of the day. The bus is not late, runs to the minute! The food is delicious, thanks to the chef. : -) rest here is like at home, but if you treat people well and sincerely love them and respect traditions!
