I want, first of all, to focus on the fact that after visiting the more expensive hotel "Coral Sea Sensatori", we decided to return again to this hotel!

Our first visit to Egypt was too demanding and we had no idea what "service - in Egyptian" means))) Therefore, in comparison with other hotels, Sentido Reef Oasis Senses, I declare our favorite at the moment in Sharm!

I will compare everything with the last visit in 2017 of the same hotel.

Let's start with the service:
Sad at first.

1. The staff in the restaurant La terassa, as last time, "distinguished" by coldness and irritability, although we are completely undemanding and peaceful customers. Their boss scolds the waiters in front of everyone, in response they freak out, the chefs scream in response to the remarks of the waiters. Brain explosion!! ! According to the rules, we were supposed to be given fresh orange juice for breakfast, as a result, they brought packaged juice to which they added mashed oranges... I told Karina from Guest relations about this - she was very surprised. They promised to sort it out. We hope that this will not happen again. I attribute it to the crisis and the pandemic)))
2. Again, this La Terassa restaurant on the territory of Sentido - to my great regret, the food was tasteless, the list of dishes on the menu is limited. Therefore, we went to the Citadel restaurant, which was located on the territory of Reef Oasis. And there are no questions about the taste, quality and assortment of food at all !! ! Unlike our last visit (when I didn’t taste almost everything), BUT the number of visitors to the restaurant was very dense, I make allowances for the pandemic....and the closed part of the restaurants. There were ALMOST no queues, so from the 3rd day we got used to the noise, for the sake of delicious food. Fresh orange there bought separately. Good fresh natural. The price is 40 Egyptian pounds.
3. In the Citadel restaurant - it would be very nice if the tables were not cleaned so noisily! Cleaners with large trays in high-speed mode throw plates with leftover food and cups of unfinished drinks next to you, all this sometimes spills and is immediately "wiped" with cloth napkins that are removed from the table. After that, greasy and sticky stains remain on tables, chairs and the floor. It is felt that there are few staff for such a number of visitors, but... I make allowances for the pandemic (
4. Mo`s restaurant - our love. . . was closed, as were most of the bars on the pools.
5. The buildings in the pool area of ​ ​ the relax zone and the Cactus restaurant were closed, as was the favorite a la carte restaurant Cactus (((I make allowances for the pandemic.
6. Restaurant A-la-carte "Kebabby" (it seems so) - the removal of the brain, the explosion of the head, sorry! Children's animation takes place next to it in the evening. Music blaring from both the restaurant's speakers. It's something.
Wine and beer are inedible. . .
7. Cleaning... we rested 6 nights - it was done only twice. Another discount for the pandemic. Not enough staff.
And now about the pleasant.

8. Corals - Well, here are the best and most interesting landscapes in Sharm for sure! There were few fish, because. it was stormy and the water was chilly, but still it was February.
9. The territory of the hotel that connects with the territory of Reef Oasis - we admire it for the second time and understand that we will be happy to return more than once! Landscape designers and architects are simply Mega-talented professionals! I say this as a designer with 20 years of experience. Well-groomed green plants, intricately trimmed bushes and trees! Lots of secluded places for romantic walks. Just great. A delight for the eyes!

Faruk Atef Very attentive, friendly and unobtrusive! Straight European! By the way, the beer on the beach is on the territory of Sentido - from glass bottles. Excellent quality.
11. At the bar at the reception - everything is also fine, the guys are cheerful and respectful, without antics, etc. , as often happens in this region.

Wine and beer at the La Terassa restaurant and at the bar near the Sentido reception are excellent.
But we tried beer and wine at the Citadel restaurant, at the Reef oasis beach bar, and a la carte Kebabby - well, not that "coat" at all!
Is it worth paying more to live in the Sentido area and not the Reef oasis? Definitely yes! On a separate beach area, it is much freer, better quality drinks, better service and calmer.
Reception staff very attentive and respectful. All requests and wishes were fulfilled.
The only thing (but again a pandemic discount):
I had a DR during my stay at the hotel, we signed up for an a la carte Indian restaurant and my husband warned them that they would like congratulations from the hotel. It is in the list of services. We sat - noted and....left without waiting. They forgot! True, then they brought a cake to the room after 23-00 with an apology, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained.
The cake was delicious, thank you!

The food in this restaurant - I liked it! I love curry all spicy and oriental! Wine and beer are okay too. The view of the sea and the illuminated Minced meat from the terrace of the restaurant is fire!!!
We will return here for sure, BUT in 3 years, when the hotel will come to its senses after all the restrictions associated with the situation in the world.
We really hope they can. We look forward to a new meeting!
