My family and I went to the same hotel for the third year in a row. We are satisfied as before. Rested for 2 weeks.
Firstly, I want to tell you not to listen to those who tell stories that there are big problems now. Everything is calm at the resort. We calmly walked and took a taxi to the local Metro. Nothing has changed as usual. No problems were observed.
On the one hand, fewer people in the hotel is a plus. Silence, peace, no bawling, etc. The other side of the coin is that there are few people and no one to play volleyball on the beach with. At 16.00 I went to play water volleyball in Siera. And so darts and, of course, scuba diving. We dived twice at the hotel (ask the instructor to dive in the direction of the Fozizon under construction) the reef is much more interesting, the corals are very good and moray eels live at 20 or 23 meters.

I also dived in two places in Tirana. I saw a reef shark about a meter in length. Only my father-in-law managed to see her. She was at a depth of about 25 meters. There are very beautiful corals on the tyrant, a lot of fish, we saw a small stingray, a zebra lionfish, a meter-long Napoleon, but also all the rest as standard. A huge cloud-flock of young tuna. The instructor said that a week ago they saw a hammerhead shark and turtles here. I didn't have the pleasure of seeing them.
It's certainly worth going there to dive. The experience is better than the reef of the hotel.
Everything in the hotel is good as usual. Building 4 (the building at the very shallow pool) was updated. What does it mean? Repainted ceilings walls look all fresh. Replaced, at least in our rooms, old TVs with new ones. And not much has changed in the room. But this number suits us.
Restaurants - added another one in Soho - Fusion. Located near the elevator. I didn’t quite understand, but it seems that there was some kind of division in Japanese cuisine - this year they didn’t go there. In a Thai restaurant, you can ask for non-spicy food. The food is as delicious as ever. The fish restaurant added crab soup. Don't fantasize too much about soup. There are 2 pieces of crab but still the soup is delicious.
For children - if a baby is resting with you (mine is 1.8 months old), you can safely order food for lunch before going to bed in the room. (call and ask for soup (they make mashed potatoes like soup, you can ask for not spicy, whether it’s thicker or not) mashed chicken), my baby ate more yogurts, he liked it. We took them for breakfast. There is an opportunity to go to the local Metro and buy purees for the child in jars. The choice is not large, but the child ate with pleasure. You can also buy them in a store in Soho, but there they are 2 and a half times more expensive. It all depends on how many you need. Do not take them at the pharmacy, they are still more expensive than in the store. In the morning he ate two different cereals for breakfast. Quite tolerable and normal. For dinner, we took a mixture for him, which was prepared in the room.
The new hotel from the Savoy chain is not ready. Now they don't even say when it will open. The new Phosizen is very well upset compared to last year. So far, it has not been possible to reach an agreement with the management of Savoy and Phosizen to extend Soho to the current Phosizen hotel.

In this review, I didn’t write a lot about the hotel earlier, because I did it earlier.
The exchange rate of the local currency fell again, the ratio to the US dollar 1 - 6.85 pounds. In stores they accept, recalculate at 6.2 and 6.5. It is better to change to local currency in hotels.
What is not good is that this year, due to foreign tourists, they greatly raised the cost of services that could be used for the accumulated points. Foreigners fly not charter flights, but direct flights. Arriving on vacation earlier and living a week, they could still live 2-4 days for free for points.
For example, earlier, if you had full board meals, then the transition to the C-class (per person) was previously 500 points, and this year 2500 points per day. Well, and so on. If you liked the hotel and you plan to visit it in the future, then join the Savoy club. There are many different and useful perks.
