We rested at the hotel with a friend from 06/29/13 to 07/09/13. I can immediately say that the hotel clearly does not meet the declared 4 *.
We bought a ticket from Pegas Touristik. On the website of this travel agency, the hotel is recommended for recreation, is the "concept 2013".
On the positive side, I can note the well-groomed territory inside the hotel: a lot of greenery, beautiful flowers, a pretty clean pool. The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel is located near the airport. This is where the positives end.
As for the negative aspects: it seems that the renovation of the hotel was a long time ago.
All the furniture is old, there is dust everywhere (including at the reception). Linen for 10 days never changed! Our request to fix the broken sink went unanswered. Meals are monotonous, few fruits. The staff is very relaxed.
No animation, only once a week they had a fire show.
Of the promised 2 beaches, only 1 worked on a coupon system (2 coupons per hand per day).
We were very surprised that on the last day we were REFUSED to give tickets to the beach, although we had to vacate the room at 1.00 !!!
