I was in this hotel with two children aged 10 and 5. On the very first day, some milk-drinker from a bar near a small pool began to pester her daughter - he tried to show his "merits". I complained at the reception - thanks to Natasha, who worked there - they drove him out of work the same day, they said that he was being taken to court for this. As compensation, we were sent to a crocodile show for free. To be honest, if I had to pay for it, I would spit for a long time - 3 nervous cobras and 4 lazy crocodiles. The attitude towards immigrants from the former Soviet Union is really bestial.
Quite far from the sea, the beach is unkempt, the pontoon is disgusting. For 7 days at sea, we were only a few times. With food - you can put up with it (you don’t eat there in the end you go). From the huge number of abominations presented there, you can still choose something edible. Thanks to the animation team (mostly from Russia): Desha (animation chief), Tanya, Alena, Sergey, Eliot and Ahmed. It was fun with them.
But in general, something needs to be changed: prices are rising, and the service is only getting worse. 2 years ago I was in "Radisson SAS" 5 * in Sharm - vouchers were cheaper and I liked it much more than now in 4 *. The hotel is really old, the territory is quite large, but not all well-groomed. The furniture is old, the shower sucks. And on the other hand, the Germans, Italians rest there for 2 weeks - and do not complain. They have a different attitude towards them. They (for a fee, of course) were occupied by workers and sun loungers, and newer towels were chosen... Although now, when 2 months have passed, and it’s cold outside, you think: why not go somewhere to warmer climes?
