Good afternoon! I never write reviews, but after reading the reviews that were posted (positive), I could not resist. Either agents write this, or people don’t care where and how to relax, even in wooden houses (((. But I’ll tell you everything in order.
When we were offered this hotel, after reading the reviews on different sites (all the reviews were bad), I realized that it was not worth going there, BUT the tour operator, of course, convinced us "The hotel is supposedly normal, such a large and respected company as Teztour, hotels with the letter G will not offer", OUR BIG MISTAKE WAS TO BELIEVE IT.
1. NUMBERS. The rooms are not just old, they are dead, we had 3 rooms and entering each room, we laughed to tears, for whom something does not work. The fact that, in the rooms and 5 lamps, one works, this is the norm, and if you ask to replace the burned-out lamps, THEY TWIST THEM FROM THE NEIGHBOR ROOM))). There are holes in the curtains, the sockets are all broken (if they work), the furniture is broken. ATTENTION: DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE SAFE IN THE ROOM, IT IS OPENED WITH THE COMBINATION 000000. There was no hot water in 2 rooms, the sinks are leaking. The refrigerator in the room has not been washed for 5 years. There is dirt on the balcony, no one washes the tiles.

2. SEA. The sea is beautiful, BUT the entrance to the sea is only in special slippers (everywhere there are corals) 150 meters. The pontoon is broken, there are simply no steps on it, if you want to watch the fish and swim, the entrance to the sea is at your own peril and risk, on iron wires. From the hotel to the sea, go down 150-200 meters. Beach chairs are old. Beach towels are the same.
3. POOLS. The pools are very cold, there are not enough sun loungers, we spread towels and just lay on the tiles, with the feeling that we are relaxing at most in Berdyansk.
4. FOOD. Food is certainly a sore subject. Everything would be tolerable and old rooms and a broken pontoon, BUT FOOD... it's just kick-ass. In the "RESTORAN" they stink so much that it seems that someone died and they decided to leave him there. FOOD... Of course, there is, but it is not right away))) (as Winnie the Pooh said). Food is only on schedule and only in the DINING ROOM (it's hard to call it a restaurant), breakfast overslept, that's all, go hungry until dinner. There is nothing for breakfast, maxims - cabbage, rolls, coffee (not thick). Lunch and dinner are, of course, more varied, but only meat is added, which they put to you in pieces weighing 50 grams and say "FINISH". There are no fruits, but a lot of cabbage))) (we felt like goats). And now about the main thing: ONCE. . . WE COME TO LUNCH AND NAIVELY JOYED THAT THE PRESENCE OF THE BEANS. . . ATTENTION. . . WE SAW IN IT A BIG DELICIOUS ROCKET, AT THE SAME TIME WE SHOWED "THIS" TO THEIR COOKS, AND THEY FAILED TO BE SIMPLE WE ARE NOT HEARING. After that, we bought pizza at a nearby pizzeria. The dishes are dirty, there are always no cups, and if they appear, then out of 10 cups you can choose 2-3, all the rest are beaten or without handles. Furniture In the "RESTORAN" is the same as everywhere else))), under us a chair broke under a man, the man turned out to be with a sense of humor. )))
DEAR MOMMS - DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL WITH CHILDREN, THEY WILL STARVE.

5. BAR. On the beach, the bar is open until 17-00, near the pool too (But this is normal for Egypt). The main bar is located at the reception. They give in hand - 2 units, and since there were 6 of us, of course, it’s not very convenient. The bartenders work with an expression on their face "I DRUM", well, okay, we are not touchy))). WARNING: DISPOSABLE PLASTIC GLASSES ARE WASHED AT THE BAR, SO IF YOU DRINK ANYTHING, BETTER CRUSH YOUR GLASS. There is no water anywhere (although you can’t drink tap water), only there is a cooler at the reception and they will pour it into a plastic glass for you, you can’t even dream of a whole bottle, like in normal hotels.
6. TERRITORY. The territory is the only thing that deserves praise. The gardener is probably the only person in this hotel who works. The territory is watered with drains, so it smells not very pleasant))).
7. STAFF. The staff is normal, no one is rude, but often it is simply absent. )))
8. CONTINGENT. In the hotel, 95% of vacationers are Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, etc. (all post-Soviet space).
9. ATMOSPHERE. You will not see a single admiring face there, except for drunken smiling faces))). People who didn’t know each other collectively wrote complaints and asked to be moved to another hotel, and it didn’t matter what line it was, etc. , as long as it was away from here.
10. GUIDE. The guides know perfectly well what kind of hotel this is, so you won’t get through them, neither with tears nor screams. Our guide, Elena, said that she hears the same thing, i. e. complaints, every day, so on her face it says "I ALL FUCK . . ". If you want to shout, sue, etc. , the result is 0.
10. SUMMARY. We survived in this hotel for 2 whole days, but after cockroaches, washed disposable glasses, lack of sea, lying on a towel, lack of food, etc. , etc. , we realized that we HAVE TO RUN. Having paid 400 USD from the room, we packed our bags in 3 minutes and moved to another hotel, the Grand Hotel 5 * - I will say briefly - this is paradise.
ADVICE TO THOSE PLANNING TO GO TO THIS HOTEL: Dear, listen to me, do not go there, it's just a cesspool, you will spoil your rest and health, and you can't buy it for any money. It’s better not to regret and pay extra for a trip to a normal hotel than to spoil your nerves and still pay extra on the spot for moving.
